Schomp Honda and Cara Mcnamara made the daunting task of finding a used car easier than I've ever experienced. Prior to Schomp, my husband and I visited several dealerships and countless websites to find a pre-owned Pilot. On our 1st visit, the few they had listed weren't quite ready but we were able to see the history of the soon to be available Pilots, along with planned repairs and the Carfax. After a few days, Cara reached out to show us a 2012 Pilot. We test drove, signed paper work, and we were on our way in just over an hour. Thanks Cara!

My husband and I were looking for a used car and settled on an Acura MDX. Our sales person was very pleasant. When we went for the test drive, we specifically asked if the car had blue tooth. It did. That is about the only featured we really wanted. Didn't care about back up camera, or GPS etc. just wanted a reliable car to get us around town. The car fax on this showed it was very well maintained. We purchased the car and several days later went to set up blue tooth and it didn't work. We were unable to set it up immediately because we had company in town and were very busy. Took it back to the dealer and to make a long story short, we had to take it back twice before someone told us that they work on Hondas and don't know much about Acuras. Hum... but they wanted us to purchase a maintainence contract and an extended warranty on this car even though they don't really work on these cars. Glad we didn't waste our money.

Finally got it into an independent mechanic that specializes on Hondas and Acura to find out that the hands free devise had been unplugged.. won't go into the details but you would think Ralph Schomp Honda would have seen that when they took possession of the vehicle and could have passed that information on to us when we asked about that feature.

I don't want to go through the boring little details but once the dealership knew we had an issue with the car, we could not get the general manager to call us back. Another thing, they say it will only take an hour to close the deal. That too is a lie. It took well over 2 hours and that is with having over an 850 FICO score and paying cash for the vehicle. Oh, and then there was the lady that wanted to sell us insurance for the car. She never got back to is either.

So basically, this dealership did nothing to change my perseption of car dealers. It makes buying cars very stressful because you can't trust any of them.

First of all, Schomp Honda is good place to buy vehicles. Good price, no hassle, one person, one price promised. The headache started when I traded in my leased vehicle.

Melvin, Sales rep and general manager told me that I shouldn t worry about any remaining payment for my leased vehicle which I traded in when I bought the new one from them.

About a month later, the lease payment is not completed yet and I m stuck in the middle. The check they sent to leasing company was not signed, has not sent out some documents, etc...I think Schomp Honda needs to take care of trade in, such as sending documents, communication with other company IF customers trade in leased vehicles...not just selling cars..

I ll definitely update my review once this problem is solved.

As a previous costumer,schomp has always been the place I go to purchase a car. It's been a winning formula and I have always received a good experience here. When it comes to purchasing a car it's not the easiest process to go through and sometimes it lasts hours or days, but the last experience was pain and stress-free. I had the pleasure of working with Myriah and let me tell you this girl is amazing. Not only did she answer all my questions but she genuinely made me feel like she cared and wasn't just selling me a car. Very personable young lady and carries herself with professionalism. I asked her a bunch of questions and had her check a few things and she always answered with great detail and also was very willing to help and check things on the car for me. I couldn't have asked for a better experience from schomp and they continue to show why they are the best! I will recommend my family and friends and if you get the pleasure to work with Myriah you will get the A++ experience that I received.

The salesman was very helpful, but the in and out in about an hour is not true....we were there for nearly 4 hours waiting for paperwork to be completed, which was just a ploy to try to get us to buy insurance or hopefully to get us to sign up for something we didnt need, other than that it was an OK experience

From the greeting at the door to the final escort to my second new CR-V in 6 months because my first CR-V was totaled in an accident - which I survived in large part due to Honda safety features - I felt Schomp Honda staff took great care to make my experience positive. They found exactly the vehicle I wanted and offered the best price first time, even came up with incentives that I did not know were available. In all, I went to Schomp initially because friends recommended it highly and now I can join them in saying you, too, will certainly be happy with the Schomp Honda dealership.

While waiting for my car to be serviced, he politely kept me informed of the time it would take, and informed me of the costs when it was determined what the problem was. It was the best service experience I've every had and I was very impressed with Dustin with regards to his communications with me as well as his respect and courtesy. Josh Jack was The Man--he took care of everything and, once I had made the decision on which car I wanted, had the paperwork done and me out the door within an hour. Arthur Rawe sold us our car last year and I've since had service completed twice in Arkansas, which turned out to be horrible. The level of customer service from schomp is beyond anything I've experienced from any other dealership. Austin was the last member to help me get an oil change and I very much appreciated his professionalism and his kind and personable approach to customers. I will gladly wait until I'm in town again to have my car worked on by this dealership since I can expect excellence from them.

My car purchase experience at Shomp Honda was outstanding from beginning to end. My sales associate Ashley was a gem to work with. I like the 1 price concept. No back and forth with the invisible manager haggling about price. I also liked that Ashley did all the closing paperwork instead of being handed off to a closing person you had never met before.
Overall this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Schomp Honda has a customer for life.

Was told the unit was in highlands ranch, drove down from Brighton, find out its not there... but they other options... not in this vehicle type or price range.

We visited Schomp Honda last week wanting to test drive and possibly purchase a Honda Pilot. We entered the building and found a really nice Pilot on the showroom floor. A sales guy came over and informed us this was a purchased vehicle and pointed us to another Pilot on the floor that we could view. We then opened the hood, opened the back hatch, sat in the seats, popped the seats up, and generally played with the car for an hour with not one sales person approaching us for assistance. Every single one of them had their noses buried in their cell phones, obviously too busy to help us. I even walked past one of them on my way back to get our daughter from their play area and ducked my head down to get her attention from her screen...nothing. It was a complete waste of time and we'll never buy from Schomp because of this weird culture. I told the guy leaning against the counter by the entrance goodbye and to have a good day, and he barely looked up from his screen. Absolutely ridiculous. We bought a Pilot the next day from a different dealership.

I really liked my salesperson, Taylor Asch. She was attentive and seemed to be sincere in her interest in dealing with me. I wish I could say the same about their accounting department. I traded in a vehicle of higher value because I wanted to downsize and have some cash to pay on some bills and my daughter's upcoming wedding. I bought a used Ford Escape on April 13. Today is May 9 and I still do not have the funds owed to me after the transaction. First I was told that the check was "delayed" and then I was told it was mailed 6 days ago. Still no check. I'm frustrated, disappointed and now becoming angry. So far, I'm happy with my vehicle. But I can't recommend them based on this experience.

I have a great experience with Anthony Baharian with buying my first car from here. He really helped to walk me through the entire process of what it takes to buy a car and he was very patient and helpful until the final process. I give it 4 instead of 5 for a couple of reasons. I went into the location and stood in the middle of the showroom for about 10-15 minutes before anyone came over to help. It was Anthony. He did a good job of making me feel wanted, obviously no one else did. The only other issue I ended up running into was the 2 cars that I was looking into getting were both sold in less than half the day it took for me to come back after work. This ended up leaving me with my 4th choice in vehicle to buy in a 2008 Honda civic. I didn't really have any issues with it in the time I had it, but after my car was serviced for an oil change, I also got an inspection. It came back to it and was going to need a good bit of work within a few months, all within the first year of buying the vehicle. I just ended up trading it into another location and getting something newer and a bit more immediately reliable.

Made a scheduled appointment the day after my original visit and test drive to purchase a vehicle, they only had one due to the specific model and trade in, but somehow they forgot to inform me that they scheduled to auction it off a few hours before my meeting. So when I drove 45 minutes to purchase the vehicle with the cashiers check for the amount they told me, I had to wait an hour for them to inform me that they in fact offered it in an auction a few hours before. No call to inform me, instead they just went ahead with the scheduled meeting and offered no information or assistance in finding similar vehicle after having me wait an hour for confirmation. TERRIBLE customer service.

We need a family vehicle and had researched that the best was the Honda Odyssey so we drove over 4 hours to Denver to get one. We ended up purchasing the Odyssey from Schomp. Thank god we did our own research because the associate did not know the differences between the different models of Odyssey. They promised to complete the paperwork in under an hour, it took over 5. The promised that we would be receiving a phone call to see how we were doing and would provide an update on the pay off for the trade it, we never received the phone call. Schomp Honda was suppose to inform us that the pay off went through and if it did not they were suppose to call with the additional pay off amount and we have this written down as part of the contract, they never called. We ended up having to go the auto loan place and sorting it out with them. We had questions about the additional warranty we purchased and it took them over 3 weeks to get it sorted out. Through this whole experience, it took over a month to sort it out, we ended up dealing with 3 different people because everyone kept passing the buck, they took weeks to respond to emails or phone calls. To top it off, we filled out the survey on our experience and provided mostly 9 or 10 (the survey was filled out prior to all the communication issues or it would have been rated a 1). Since the survey was not filled out as perfect 10, we received a very unprofessional, passive aggressive email from the manager. When I provided clarification on when I did not fill out perfect 10, the manager never responded. With this experience I felt very threatened by the manager. Knowing what I know now, I would not purchase another vehicle from Schomp Honda and would not recommend them.

I drove over an hour to buy from Schomp. Everyone there was awesome. I had shopped around, and they were the best to work with by far. There were 4 other dealers that were closer, but I chose Schomp because their price was good, and more importantly, their people were fantastic.

I had to change my review unfortunately.
This dealership sold me a car with broken lift gate motors. The issue didn t show itself until the vehicle was cold and because of the pandemic I wasn t driving my vehicle for almost 2 months. I told the dealership this and was told I should have purchased a warranty. I then reached out to the head sales manager and was never contacted back. I am now looking at a $1400+ repair and the repair shop was very clear that these motors didn t just fail and would have been inoperable for many months.
After purchasing several vehicles at this dealership I am saddened to see that they no longer take care of their customers and angry that their response was to try and teach me a lesson .
Your results may vary, but I can t recommend them any longer.

I ended up choosing the Toyota RAV4, although the Honda Accord and Cr-v were top choices. The overall Honda Schomp experience in Highlands Ranch was excellent and the man who helped me, Gary Esperza set high standards with his customer service, willingness to respond quickly, straight up honesty and clear communication. I would definitely consider buying a Honda in the future based off my experience at Honda Schomp and would recommend asking for Gary for anyone looking to buy a Honda.

Omar Morey and Jacob Bissell are Rock Stars!!! We have owned a Honda Accord for 17 years and it is a tank, but like all good things it too must be replaced. After shopping around our city and state I talked to Omar on the phone and told him what we wanted. He said they 2. I gave him my email address. In a timely manner he sent me a firm, out the door quote. He explained Schomp does not uplift the pricing. The quote was well under what other dealers had given me. There was no razzle dazzle with the numbers or sales puffery. I put a deposit on the car, we traveled the 300 miles on Saturday. Omar met us at the front door and walked us through the purchase and clearly explained everything we asked. Then we met Jacob and he walked us through all the features and functions, answered all our questions, programed both our cell phones into the car and programed our FOB's to each of us.
Outstand job guys!!!! Can't say enough good things about Omar and Jacob!!!

We originally wanted to purchase a new car from Schomp because our grandson, Alex Carey, was an auto tech there.

We live in northern Colorado & had spoken with the folks at Greeley Honda, which is where we had purchased our Accord & is so much closer to home.

Our decision to purchase from Schomp really turned out to be the One Price, One Person, One Hour sales promo AND some price differences. Mainly Greeley Honda & other dealerships insist on charging Dealer Handling as an add on, which Schomp does NOT include with the cost of the car. In our case that amounted to ~$500, which is a considerable saving for 2 senior citizens & anyone else for that matter!

Bridget Gage was our sales rep & treated us with great customer service while juggling between her 2 other sales that day. She was professional & friendly at the same time.

The sale went very smoothly & we happily drove our Molten Lava 2019 CRV-EXL back home to Johnstown!

One last thing...they have a great customer lounge!!! And you just have to check out the restroom...

Ordered a front license plate mount/holder as I relocated to Colorado from a state that didn't require a front license plate. The parts here were $45 instead of the $85 that Planet Honda in Golden wanted to charge me. I work in Golden, live in Lakewood so it wasn't super convenient to come here, but worth the price. Drove through the express service lane early on a Saturday morning. Got my parts from the parts department and they took my car and the parts to a technician. Waited in the heated waiting area using the complimentary WiFi and my car was driven back in within 10 minutes, new front license plate mount/bracket installed. I was treated with respect by all employees, even the younger guys who were driving cars around were very polite and professional. Will definitely come back here in the future.

I went to multiple dealers in search of a new car. I m 28 and haven t bought a car since I learned how to drive, so over 10 years...suffice to say I was a little nervous. I dealt with pushy, rude, borderline creepy salesmen that made the whole process overwhelming and nerve wracking. My bestie recommended Schomp since she just bought a car in October 2019 there. Boy, what a relief! I wasn t able to meet with the salesman that I originally emailed, but I was paired with an even better one, Nick Mele. Nick was down to earth, knowledgeable, fun, and patient. He explained numbers and then we talked about options. We even shared a few laughs and he appreciated my own awkward nervousness turned silliness. He then found exactly what I wanted without pushing me into something I wasn t completely in love with (which is what other dealerships did).
Seriously, do not overthink it, don t go anywhere else. This is a passioned endorsement for the great team at Schomp. You won t be disappointed!

The manager was not knowledgeable about the issue of the electronics not turning off in 2019 honda crv model resulting in the battery being drained. However, I've had no issue with my car. My only complaint is that I asked them 3 times to have the car cleaned properly before I picked it up and what I've noticed in the day light then next day was that the stains are still there and there was popcorn under the back seat. They clearly did not do the deep clean they told me they would do. I asked 3 times. I was told they would do. They didn't.

How can you be a sale manager and made such a mistake? That was beyond me. He probably does not care about Honda brand or Schomp Honda. Sat there for another 15 minutes as they went to get another similar car. Comes back that the car is gone. About all they did right was sign me in 3 different times. Complete joke

right now going through some issues with schomp Honda warranty and and financing. Extra charges that I Are not making any sense. Spoke to sales department I feel confident they will be able to help. Right now will give two stars because the extra charges are close to $5k. I spoke Sandy Han and she was very nice and comforting that she will help get this resolved. Will update at a later date once resolved.

I've been to a handful of Dealerships in the past in Denver and Colorado Springs. Schomp Honda is the best I've been. No doubts on that. This is the least stressful and most satisfying car buying experience so far. I doubt there will be any one to top that. The service section also does a good job. The waiting Area for customers is not crammed up like some of the other dealerships I have been to.

Ali was very knowledgeable about all of the vehicles. I left with the vehicle that best fit me. I can go on and on about how Ali gave me the best car buying experience ever.
