It used to be a great jeweller not anymore I feel. We gave a pair of earrings to fix the back piece, when they gave us back it had lost two stones which they even didn’t notice. Disappointing customer service. And gave a chain to be fixed didn’t even weigh it and showed us the weight back. Feel very cheated I have been using them for years. But never again

Beware when customer service representative's estimates for your jewellery customizations. We got a way much bigger bill than the representative's estimation for a change made to a ring. We informed the manager and he said the particular customer service representative is not with them anymore and she s been irresponsible. Had to pay the full amount.
