EDIT: My wedding jewelries were made by them. They were as we discussed made to the exact specs we requested. This is my first jewelry shopping so I don't know much to talk about quality but boys that will be taken care by your woman, mom and nendamma. I got a price cutoff as well due to craftsmen saving on gold than expected. Which is always a good thing. The delivery was a week late but not an issue at all since I have several months for the wedding. They offered to keep the jewelries in their vaults for safe keeping till the wedding free of charge which is a huge bonus.

The customer service is excellent and they are friendly and understand the level of every person . Specially the spending capacity . And they are really flexible and the designs are explicit and unique . And also the orders will never be late. Also they know how to handle surprise gifts . I once went there to get a ring done to my sister and she too went there to get a necklace done the next day and we were going to meet the same salesman. I just called and told him " my sister is coming ". And he said sure I won't tell anything about the surprise. The salesman was Akila. Loved the place .

Compared to other jewellery shops in Sri Lanka, Raja Jewellers have a very wide range of a jewellery collection. Staff is friendly and helpful. Price is a bit much compared to other jewellery shops, but it's worth it.

They have a very good collection. Mostly recommended for wedding rings and lady's jewelry. They do have a good customer care. Place will be bit crowdy in offer seasons. They do customized jewelries also. Jewelry patterns are mostly design by gold or white gold couple with gems and diamonds. They do have simple and cute patterns dedicated for kids.

There is a employee named Tharindu who is giving very friendly and professional service to the clients. My first visit was 04 years ago and handled by Tharindu directly. And every other visit after that was handled by someone else, but everytime Tharindu managed to reach us and arranged a very personalized service.
