I have used Manny Huerta Of Rasial several times this past year. He has helped me with very simple refinances for clients to the very integrate SBA 504 loan for car dealerships. They are very though in their underwriting and when you give you the terms sheet, it will close under those terms unless something changes with the transaction. They have a very quick turn around time once they have all the property information. One of the best I have used.
