Lanes Yamaha Inc. Review

I have been a part of the Lane's fan club for 4 years now and have had nothing but excellent, courteous, knowledgeable service. Bought a 2015 FZ09 last May and they made it stress free and as much fun as buying a new bike for yourself should be! Anytime I've needed or asked for anything, the entire crew has gone into action and made it happen. I really can't say enough good things about these folks! The mechanics are Yamaha trained and know bikes like the back of their hand. (They work on anything, not just Yami's.) I trust them with mine and that's saying something as I'm a hands on, do it yourself when possible bike lover.

Lanes is our go to shop for all our outdoor toys, i.e., 4x4 and motorcycles. I have been going to Lanes since 1992 and I highly recommend Lanes. It is a business with integrity and trust.

I went to Lane's Yamaha to get my motorcycle inspected. They were quick, prompt, and excellent. The customer service was outstanding and I would highly recommend anybody who is interested in motorcycles or ATVs visit this store.

Absolutely fantastic place. We rode 3 hours to Watkins Glen for the Vintage and my Motus MSTR ended up getting a nail through the read tire the first day. The staff was super helpful, even with an event going on there. They helped me find a tire that fit the Motus and the technician did a wonderful job on the installation. I highly recommend seeing them if you need anything for your motorcycle!

Took our ATV for its first service, before the cold weather begins. We were told it would be about an hour...and it did!!! (When is your vehicle ever done on time!!) Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable!

I've always had good experiences going to Lanes. All the people that there are more than willing to go above and beyond. They are very informative and super helpful when it comes to any questions or concerns I have. I wouldn't go to any other place for parts or service. Lanes is top notch. They never have let me down in any way.

I had a 2019 yfz450r se only 6 months old that blew up on the last day at warranty. I took it to arkport cycles and they said it got rejected and never wanted to help me and they were very rude. I took it to lanes and they brought it right in with 0 concern and got it approved by Yamaha. I can t thank these guys enough for what they do. ( Kyle is the nicest guy anyone will meet) very excellent customer service. They have all my family s respect and will be going threw lanes from now on. Thank you all. We appreciate you!!

Very good place nice people nice prices and they sometimes have free stickers but I brought my bike up for the back tire replacement n it wasent worked better since thanks lanes definitely will be coming back
