Got approved for my new house easy approval great staff

Check the plumbing, check wiring, check all house appliances before signing the deed. Because all my stuff was horrible and I was not able to check it before I moved in. And I jus assumed everything was okay since someone told me the house was jus cleaned out a few months before I moved in. Came to find out all my plumbing was hhoorriibbllee and I was left in debt to do it myself or came outta pocket to replace everything.

Don't ever rent /buy from them....they'll rob you. In the end n they do no maintenance on their properties.....especially if you sign a contract .

The houses these people sell should really be condemned. They prey on people in despair. I'm sure they buy these houses at an auction for 1 dollar, the most 500 then super dlip them for 62.000 to desperate people....people need to come together and take this company down. Just ridiculous!!! A lot of squatters live in these houses ,so please be careful when looking at houses, I've had 3 bad experiences with the squatters....

This place is a joke! They buy the worst conditioned houses possible and try to sell them as is, and the bad thing is customers are'nt aware of how grimey they are ! Don't sign ANYTHING, if you break a lease they will take you to court instantly and get over on you! They are unorganized and very rude! I wouldn't EVER suggest them, not even to my worst enemy. if i could give NEGATIVE stars i WOULD!

Food is good, but don't serve bagel sandwiches till after 5am and I'm on the road before 5am this bites I love bagel sandwiches for breakfast.

This is a company that takes advantage of those who have nowhere else to live. At 18 they tried to sell an uninhabitable property to me. I moved out within 10 or so days due to health concerns with mold and asbestos. 8 years later these guys are still trying to convince the public that - they have "quality properties". What they have is a lot of tax sale houses that haven't been occupied in years and a willingness to sign with anyone making them feel like a home owner. At the time I didn't even have a job and it was all I could afford with savings. Today, I have a garnishment and struggle daily to find happiness, debited to them 8 years for 10 days of occupying an uninhabited property. To the infamous rainbow reality, may you forever be in the grip of depression and anxiety that you bestowed to your clients.

They have fixer uppers and you will need to put some work and money in them.

Very bad customer service. Came onto my property without contacting us first and then tried to charge an "inspection fee" for having come into the property until a lawyer was mentioned, then conveniently that fee disappeared. Sent intent to vacate and no one even bothered to call and see if there was anything they could do to keep us... But, my home that values for less than $40,000 was going to end up costing us over $223,000....So... Buyer beware.... You'll get screwed buying from this company.

Yes, my rent was current when I left the home, even paid an extra month just so I could take my time moving out. This place is a joke!!

Just wasn't the way for me to go about buying a home

We are buying a house from these guys. They have been understanding and have worked with us. We have been happy with our dealings with them.

Asked for paperwork to get an application filled out three times never got one emailed to us. Went to look at a place drove over a hour to get there to find out was wrong combination to lock but as we tried to contact them like they said if we had a problem no one answered the phone. Not saying this is a bad company cuz honestly I just don't know but poor office quality with staff. They are not very friendly kinda snippy . Homes are not worth the price even for being on contract, even if you were just to get it for the land it's self they are asking way over price for lots.

Read and fully understand what your signing to agree for, Pay as agreed. Excellent communication Manager Franco and staff member Albert. 3+ years nothing negative to report. By the way its expensive to own your own home

Horrible horrific company. Do not go thru this company. Use any rent to buy company but this one. The staff is rude. Money owed on principal $66,000. Paid $36,000 already but they are saying we now owe $70,000. What! Oh there is way more just take my advice they will make ur head shake

obviously fixer upper homes are going to be a lot to deal with, but these houses are absolutely trashed. could potentially find a dead body in one of them. i've also heard from several friends that they like to back out of lease after years of work that you would put into it.

Because if you watch on your contract and when you're paying your payments they try to get you and I caught on to it. They was trying to charge me more than what my mortgage was Plus on top of that I went out of state on vacation come home and they done clean my house out and took everything without filing eviction

Maintenance is a joke lady maintenance worker doesn't know how to fix anything.

I recently purchased a house through Rainbow Realty. The staff have been helpful, friendly and mostly prompt from the beginning. The interest rates are very high, but as long as you make your payments on time, and never falter, it's a great opportunity for those who are trying to rebuild credit and want to have a place to call home. Do expect some work to be done on any property you purchase through them. I bought a house that was rated a #2 on their scale, (#1 being the best) and so far I have had to do some minor repairs. But the house is great and I am very thankful for this opportunity.

They have been super amazing with us. They will definitely help you if you need it. If you can't pay on time just talk to them. They will work with you. The people are super friendly. Alberto is amazing! He's just awesome!

House are disgusting and the hustle of having to do 3 keys at a time is ridiculous

At first I was happy to move in the staff were friendly. However when I signed my lease the parking was NOT made clear to me so my car got towed also about 3 days after signing my lease I realized the man next to me was an old racist who repeatedly came outside and cursed at my children and said disrespectful things to them and myself I informed the office they did nothing I can tell this is going to be a LONG miserable year

this place has crazy on summer their payments for their houses because they need a lot of work and cannot even live in them until you fix them

Stay as far away from this place as you can.. A rip-off of people in desperate need.. Save your money people, you will be better off in a cardboard box. At least you don't have 2 worry about falling through a floor or a rotten roof falling on you. And it's doesn't have black mold. You know what just bulldoze all of the houses n the office too, and make a parking lot or something

Got locked out in front of office after looking at a house . Asked to use the bathroom was told no. Will not be getting a house from this company

Discrimination against the disabled. Refused to talk to me when the receptionist learned my sole income is disability & my husband doesn't get a salary to care for me. "We don't rent to people who's only income is disability." So much for the dream of owning a home of our own.

Petty management how they get 3.7 stars when nevermind you people will understand eventually watch there going to screw you over like they did about 10 people i knew they sold one house underneath someone which they got a lawsuit fpr and all linds of stuff just be careful

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They cheat you off your money. You can get better houses and better deals somewhere else. You will literally go and pay you month bill and get recipe and then will still say you dint pay.

Great place to rent from they work with you and respond to all maintenance requests pretty quickly.

Rainbow realty has been around for years and for years they have rented out or finance homes for people that have been in severe disrepair or meet guidlines of uninhabitable and needed to be bulldoze. They have a long file with the Attorney Generals of complaints and unfair business practices. They prey on the hope of low income no credit individuals that think they can short cut a way to home ownership. You will pay a bigger price. Trying to get a 40,000 home that you will have to sink between 50 to 100,000 in to make it livable at a astronomical interested rate is not a deal. It is suicide. I have set in a courtroom and seen the people who have done business with them. Do the work clean up you credit and work with a company who is reputable.

This company is as predatory as they come. How can someone sell a dilapidated home for $60-70k is beyond me - especially since these homes are generally bought at tax sales for several thousand dollars. What is worse is that they stoop low enough to slap 6% - 9% interest if they carry the note with 30 year terms and payments in the $500-$900 range. So, on a home that cost them almost nothing, they would stand to gain $130k after the 30-year note matures - and after you put in $40-70k to make a home habitable. AVOID these guys and get your credit right; you will thank me later.

Got denied for being on ssi. Paperwork in order. Polite. Got shut down before sitting down. They dont take wefare .unemployment, ssi or ssd. Have to be working.

They lie there propertys that are rated between a 1 and 5 are supposed to be livable. None of them are.

When I called to inquire the person was rude and not very helpful

These are great people to get a house through. Franco has been very helpful in anything that I've needed throughout the time that I've lived here which is over a year. I recommend if you're looking to own a house these are the people to go see.

He was extremely helpful to me and my family. he helped me get a lot of info for me to be able get a home. i have never came a crossed a really professional man.
