This company is as predatory as they come. How can someone sell a dilapidated home for $60-70k is beyond me - especially since these homes are generally bought at tax sales for several thousand dollars. What is worse is that they stoop low enough to slap 6% - 9% interest if they carry the note with 30 year terms and payments in the $500-$900 range. So, on a home that cost them almost nothing, they would stand to gain $130k after the 30-year note matures - and after you put in $40-70k to make a home habitable. AVOID these guys and get your credit right; you will thank me later.
