took 2 10years old girl's ,WOW what a great day, it was on a school holidays Tuesday so car park was 1\4 full we wait anything from 10 to 50 minutes to get on rides ,not a bad thing ,gives time to take it all in talk about the last ride and what to expect on the next ,.....
my granddaughter's comment "BEST DAY EVERY' about $90 each for the day we took snacks , purchase some hamburgers chips , icecream .from 10:00 till 18:00 great value

Was a good day. Easy to get to, price was good. We enjoyed the day it poured all day and we ended up getting a free ticket to come back as they closed early.

Ordering tickets was easy. Dunno what other people's issues were...

Terrible experience because the place is short on staff? We were waiting in lines for over an hour! Not fun with a 5 year old. The particular slide we were on had 2 workersfor 3 slides-but 1 girl was forced to work 2 slides in her own? Why were they not alternating and working together to share the workload? It meant 1 slide was running normally and the other 2(the ones appropriate for small children) were running at less than half pace. We counted 2 minute intervals between sliders. NOT ON! we got there late - after 4 so only paid $35 -but only had time for 2 slides. Never again! If I could give MINUS 5 stars I would !!

Lines too long - expect at least 2+ hours per ride during morning and arvo. Foods too expensive, $10+ for a hotdog. Park policy forbids bring your own food. Rides aren't even that great. Going on rides at night is overrated.

Surprisingly chill despite the crowds. The rides are nice and staff are super friendly

I went there in April on an overcast day and there were very few people there. The rides are fantastic. Really good fun. Budget an extra $5 for parking and $12 for a locker.

Wait wait wait. Very disappointing experience. We pre-purchased a season pass only to have to wait for 40mins in the line without any shade. Having only one counter to process pass generation while you have 5 serving new purchases is pathetic. You obviously don t care for your customers once you have their money. Total joke.

I was there {before} WHEN it was known as Wet 'n Wild. Basically nothing {except maybe prices/ticketing options 1 or two new rides}. I was SHOCKED to discover that price for a locker is $20! At Bondi beach the lockers are no more than $5 - $8 appropriately . I understand that Raging Waters is not a charity and has to make a profit while also covering it's cost of running the park which mostly involves a VERY high water bill. I'd feel $20 for a locker would be reasonable IF each locker had a built-in power point for phone OR power bank device along with price of the locker entitling the purchaser of locker rental 1 free slurpee or small hot beverage. {Maybe the built-in power point can be powered by hydropower of recycled water at this venue? } . Wished the First aid service was up near the entrance/exit OR there were multiple 1st-Aid locations scattered around the Water-Park. Otherwise had a GREAT time.

Was there on a weekday during the recent school holidays. There are two humongous carparks but there was a limited amount of people allowed in the park meaning at the peak of the day there was roughly one half filled carpark. Most of the More

Great place for the family. Friendly staff, clean and well presented. The season passes are excellent value for money.

Big line up as they got people working there that don't know how to move people in the line up to most of the rides the sides where you races each other next to the m 4 is much better and much of a line up so my four kids loved it there and on the tube rides they don't have enough people at the end of the ride to move the tubes along when I was there was only one person working at the bottom 4 tube rides on the western side the girl was overwhelmed and I think from a safety Point she shouldn't be working alone

Horrible admin and lines to just get inside... even on non busy days!

Had a fantastic fun filled day with the kids for Hollie's 12th birthday.

The water park was good! Rides were really fun!
The thing that ruined it for me was the service, the workers were very slow and it was over an hour wait for decent food. Cafe food tasted like it had been there for days and the drinks weren't nice.
Was there for the mcdonalds Christmas party, so I know how fast service should be.
The food was a waste of money should've brought my own. Definitely bringing my own next time.
The crew around the park couldnt seem to answer my question about the lockers would've been nice to know how they worked. Someone should really tell the crew how things work.

If you have a season pass this is ok but if you buy one off tickets the 3 time we have been there this season the following has had issue: kids slides were out of commission the whole time we where there.the whole park was shut down for one hour. Hopefully no more issue for the rest of the season.

Spent all day there and didn't even get sun burnt because of all the shade. Great place for a family with little kids

Had a great day at Raging waters Sydney today. We specifically attended on a day most kids were back at school, however it was still about a 15-20 minute wait on the major rides. All in all the family and extended family had a pretty good time

So many rides aren't available. Bubblers hardly produce any water. Signage is confusing. Non-refundable in bad weather. Tills not working. We got 3 rides in 3.5 hours because of the queues, and the car park was only 75% full.

Great fun, but very very slow as they only allow one person on the slide at a time

Other than the queues for rides this joint is hilarious and the rides are great fun

Very clean and tidy. Very pleasantly surprised.
Don't bother bringing toys though, can't have any in the pools, even flippers.
Food prices are reasonable too.

Staff are on point when it comes to water safety.
Don't bring a big esky if you have a big family. You will not be permitted to take it in. Take several small ones..
Be prepared to wait in line to get in. Be prepared to wait a long time on some rides (depending on the day and time Of The year you visit).
Parking is available for $10.00 for The whole day..
Only 4 stars because the food is so pricey. (I'm not sure how they can justify their price).
Entry isn't cheap either..
Buy a season pass if you live close and intend to visit more than twice a year..

Unfortunately people cheating with que jumping. 2 of the main rides closed and after waiting for over an hour and a half the whole tower was closed. Not enough shade in que and they need security to stop this
We only had 2 rides today and gave up and went to the pool. Not worth the $200 it cost us and that excludes tolls and fuel from Central Coast

Great place for a family day trip. My kids love it. Plenty of things to do for all ages, ample spots of parking & shades are all around the park but may need to be early for booking a spot speacially during school holidays. Better to have seasonal pass which is little higher than a day pass, so can have unlimited admissions during the season.

I went there when it was Wet 'n' Wild. Not much shade. It can get into the 40s in this part of Sydney and on a clear day the UV index can get to extreme!
Advice to visitors:
Go on a quiet day
Take sunscreen
Wear UV protection
Get there early

Lines to long. An hour wait for one ride. Poor organization. Need to look into Disneyland crowd control policies.

This is a fun place to have an enjoyable time but take your own food as it is very expensive to buy anything.

Rude handler spoilt the ride for me. We stayed in our area and I tried to help her pull the four seat tube in, as many before me had done the same, and as she was, rather unnecessarily, delaying the queue. She said things which completely spoilt that ride for me and after that I spent some time at the beach, which is ok, and left. Get the bad eggs out...

Surprising variety of slides and water activities, would like more which a person can do on their own rather than needing 2 to 4 people at a time

Massive lines, pricy food, some rides not working. Not an inspiring water park

The people leaving negative feedback have unrealistic expectations about how theme parks run
Yes the food is expensive
Yes the queues are long
It's just the way theme parks are.
If you can manage your expectations appropriately, then you'll have an amazing day at Raging Waters. The thing I was most impressed with is the life guards. There were heaps of them, they were exceptionally friendly and very diligent in their job.
It's also wonderful that you can bring food into the park. Yes food is expensive, however we brought our own picnic and had a great time. There is HEAPS of seating and shade if you get there early, way more than I anticipated actually. The variety of rides was amazing. It's a really big park with a huge amount of differening experiences for everyone. We didn't get through it all in one day.
The only thing I think people need to be aware of is that the water is NOT HEATED. it's not heated even just a little bit. In fact... it feels like it has ice cubes in it. The beach water was SOOO COLD. I'm sure this is absolutely wonderful on a stinking hot day, but in April, it was a little unbearable. So we didn't spend time in the beach but we did go on the rides and it was fine, we dried off and warmed up while waiting in line.

This place is amazing very good slides and very fun for kids. I would recommended this place a lot

Expect queues. They simply don't have enough rides so everybody queues for the 2 or 3 main rides. Go to your local pool instead or a beach

Was both wet and wild, full marks for that. The ground became wildly hot in the sun though, perhaps consider a less abrasive surface to avoid sore feet.

Good if you have season pass, not much choices of food but you can bring your own. Great for family with kids of any age.

Amazing place, very clean and organised and all the staff are very well trained and friendly. Highly recommend it

Very fun rides. However, lines are very long even without social distancing.

1. Wait times were 1-1.5 hours per ride
2. Some waits were in areas with no shade so on the 33 degree day we went it was way too hot we had to give up halfway through
3. Poor signage and instruction - e.g. did not know where to line up get wristbands to enter the park as the online ticket instructions said to head to the 'season pass office' to get wristbands to enter but in fact you could just enter
4. Way too many people - even for lunch we had to wait almost an hour in the queue
5. Lockers did not work

DO NOT COME TO THIS PARK ON A HOT WEEKEND DAY UNLESS YOU ARE PREPARED TO SPEND AN HOUR WAITING PER RIDE (or pay the priority levy - which almost triples the ticket price and is unfair for everyone else)

Rides are good when you finally get on them.

Don't forget to bring food! Each year the price of food has gone up, but the quality ain't getting any better. Don't get me wrong when the American BBQ joint showed up last year it had promise, but it is rarely open. Just take your own picnic and save yourself what would amount to another full season pass for a family meal.

Extremely long wait for rides. Charged for everything. Parking, lockers, "VIP areas". Luckily got in cheaper for the community ticket offer. Certainly would not pay full price. On the other hand. Rides were fun. Still was in direct sunlight on some waiting lines. Food was okay and prices were fair-expensive. Possibly worth getting the season pass but it's hard to want to go back soon afterwards. Possibly worth budgeting for priority tickets or you waste half your day in lines.

Good for kids, a bit expensive and suitable only for summer days :-( need other activities to make it more attractive

Terrible , a water park must be the worst financial decision ever

We had the most amazing day! The staff memeber Luca (lifeguard) did a fantastic job! He was able to help us finding different slides and did a great job in making sure no one gets hurt or injured!
Luca was very friendly and supportive even though he just started his break and was on his way to the staff area.

Disastrous. Really badly organised. The queues after 12noon for the rides were crazy long and the staff inexperienced and dictatorial.

I had 9yr old and 7yr old girls, and wanted to go down the ride after them. The staff member insisted we all go at the same time across the coloured slides, the 7yr old freaked out and didn't go when we did. Got down the bottom and found she wasn't there. She was still at the top, too scared to go down, but in hysterics because the staff member had gotten angry and yelled at her.

There are so many families, and not nearly enough chairs, tables or even ground space to sit on. Ridiculous that you can't bring in food. There was no signage about which rides were suitable for which kids nor which floats could go on what rides - I saw people queue for 30mins and have to start again with the single (not double) floater.

[They have a 18year old woman outside the gates collecting cash for tickets - she must have had thousands on her, and the security guard was not close. I wouldn't want my kids working that job.]

Amazing Water Park to take the kids to on a hot summer day. The wave pool has to be seen to be believed. It is the largest in Australia and had a live DJ when we went. Tower 3 had the most fun rides. Check out Half Pipe, Typhoon, Tropical Cyclone, The Breakers, and AquaTube. You can tap and play to save time.

A great place in western sydney to spend your leisure time. New management looks more organized but don't know why lockers are very expensive. Every time I go there, I can see most of them are unoccupied. Put the price down so people hire it; you make money and customers get locker service.

Had a fantastic day out here with the whole family. There are slides for everyone, right from my 5 year old nephew to my 65 year old dad. We all had a blast. Try the 360' slide if you don't mind the floor dropping from underneath you! My only negative was the limited and expensive food options and having to pay for parking. The crowds were very well behaved, everyone was having fun and we never had to wait more than 15 mins. Well worth the entry fee.

Went on Sunday. Was chronically understaffed which blew out queuing time. They were so understaffed and slow, that the time it took them to get 1 kid down a slide, Wet n Wild in USA would have had 4 kids down in the same time. The lazy river was 50% closed, the best bits of it, again probably because of Under staffing. Given I've bought season passes I feel ripped off. Won't be making the same mistake next year.

Good rides and fair wait times of you avoid peak hours, also I recommend the 360 Rush.

Wet n wild is an amazing Waterpark with many fun and exiting rides to choose from. The staff are friendly and you can even purchase a locker to put your bags in. The Waterpark is magnificent.

Great place for kids of all ages. Clean, adhering to social dissuading rules, plenty of staff on hand. Food quality was poor and ordering was a disorganised process - online ordering was possible but long delay for collection

wet n wild is definitely a fun place to go during the summer time. Good place to go with friends or family. The food is a bit iffy with its prices not matching the taste of it, bottled water is $5 so I recommend bringing plenty of water from home. I made the mistake of not bringing my thongs to every ride so please remember to do that.

Wait time for rides typically take 15-20 minutes. Overall a very nice place.

Such fun! Great time to go - not in school holidays!

While the park is a lot of fun, the way of buying tickets is archaic. Buy them online and you pay an extra $6 processing fee (your website says save $5 by booking online, but since there was a $6 processing fee, it is actually $1 more to book online...), then find when you get here you still need to line up the same as anyone else. Not even a priority online queue. Wet n wild, the whole point of buying online is to make things more convenient, you're missing the while point. And the season pass line is incredibly slow, taking almost 1 hour in 32 degree heat.

Food was very expensive and not tasty at all (while they say you get a discount if you get the more expensive passes, still doesn't really make up for the cost unless you go regularly). Recommend taking your own food.

Inside the park everything was quite good including the staff (much better than last year), and we were lucky it was not a busy day so didn't have to queue very long for rides.

The slides were fun, however wait time was long. I went here to celebrate a friends birthday, however I would not make the effort to come here by choice. The experience was not worth the cost.

Every thing is to far apart from each other Never going again

Banned me years ago for sending flowers, the new ownership sales team allowed me to return. Then with no new infractions they rebanned me. I feel like the staff of wet n wild have a Vendetta against me. I feel obliged to return the favour. Still love the Spanish Raging Waters for allowing me to return. Hate the old wet n wild staff that are vindictive and rebanned me with no recent reason.

Update your hours guys. Drove all the way here for nothing.

Nice place! They have great facilities for younger kids!

Great place to spend the day with the family. Facilities and rides all in good condition. Some rides have a minimum limit of two riders so plan ahead. Can get very busy leading to long queues at some rides.

where would you rather be when it's over 40degrees???
