Nice hotel with high quality service.
Mr. Ahmed alameri is a great manager, helpful and flexible person.

It was my first in raffles, to be honest I really enjoyed it, wasn't expecting that much of care from the all of the staff of raffles, specially the receptionists, they were so welcoming, polite and helpful.

Definitely gonna return to raffles all thanks to the receptionist Mr.Khalid Wali, a rare gem in this world.

Courteous and luxurious. The electrical sockets are weird but they give u an adapter.

I booked in Fairmont but was closed and they rebooted me to Raffles which was a nice upgrade ! Thanks to the Raffles Team for a good experience

An experience like none of my other ones in Makkah's Haram. masha'Allah tabarakAllah. Service is sublime on the entire spectrum, especially the blessed staff may Allah reward them. I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to be somewhere near the Haram with nothing but peace of mind and a strong sense of spirituality, outsourcing everything else.

Yes it was good. I had booked partial kaaba view. However when I checked in Kaaba view was not clear as it had obstruction of new minarets under construction. They showed me other partial Kaaba view and all had the same issue. Later on they upgraded me to full Kaaba View which was good. In breakfast it was a great service especially by Anshad who was very polite and helpful

the experience was amazing, the receptionest is very kind , they did my check in - in the suite. The suite smell nice. The food quality was great and delicious

Raffles Makkah Palace truly understand what it takes to deliver an amazing umrah journey. I felt that every single employee was empowered to make the guest happy. Continuous follow up and providing excellent service. Special thanks to Osama for the transport arrangement although my flight was delayed, Eyad from the front desk who understood my requests and recommended the panoramic suite, Mohammed housekeeping supervisor and his team ensuring the suites are well maintained and never short of supply of Nespresso and water and last but not least the restaurant, where I didn t get the chance to thank the chef for the amazing food.
The only thing that I didn t get to experience is the butler service but who needs it when everyone is there to help you all the time, even the security was pleasant as well...although probably they are not from Raffles. Access to haram was swift with dedicated lifts from lobby to haram. No fuss at all with changing lifts.
I would really recommend to stay at Raffles and will be coming back here Insha'Allah.

I booked clock tower but due to maintenance they shifted in Raffles. Before we are disappointed but when we enter the suite we was so glad.
Room size perfect.Very near to Abdul Aziz door.
Wood Furniture outclassed.
Interior design excellent.
Room plant, carpet & sofas contrasts are good.
Refreshments items were good standard.
Quit room. Washroom size accessories are good.
Room service boys are good & cooperative.
Specially breakfast buffet.
Reception staff very polite & respect the guest. Food stuff vert high quality and fresh.
I prefer to stay here.
I suggested all my group members try one time.
