Where do I begin... let's start with the staff.
The front lines of the store, so to speak.
These people go above and beyond to help their customers out with all kinds of ppe, pool supplies, equipment and all. They're patient, friendly, and effective as well as educated on their products. They take on any and all calls to the store and juggle helping customers instore and finalize transactions. They work hard and it definitely shows.

And let's not forget about the owners! They make sure to make you feel not like some number in their pocketbook, but like a friend or family even. If they don't have the product they're communicative and always try their best to accommodate within reason.

You couldn't ask for a better company to get your pool supplies from!

I have had my pool for 18+ years. As with many people who own a pool, the greatest day of the year is the first day in spring when the pool is clear. Chastain Janitorial Supply has assisted me, enjoying my most pleasurable times, year after year. This year is no different. Debbie, Shane, Randall, Taylor, Rodney, Nichole, Lisa and Michael in Aquabot repair have made my pool days "clearer" and more enjoyable!! You can not go wrong by utilizing the talent and services of Chastain Janitorial Supply.

The people there are very nice. They'll explain anything to the best of their knowledge and if they don't they will find out or look it up. They even carry out anything heavy to your vehicle. We bought an aquabot. Pretty cool machine even named it frogger. Lol

We've been getting our pool supplies from Chastain Janitorial Supply for the past few years. Debbie is the best! She is always so kind, patient, and takes time to explain things in a way that's easy to understand. Even when they're busy, she makes a point to acknowledge every customer. I don't mind waiting when I know the quality of customer service I'll be receiving.

Had a Aquabot IQ breeze for 2 years and drive motor went bad. Was still covered under mfg warranty and I sent it to Chastin-Janitorial for repair. Michael was my contact person and he handled the entire process. He was courteous, professional and explained the entire process of the repair prior to my ok to move forward. The worse place to visit.
This morning some of my friends (White people) went for hand sanitizer, they were able to buy a whole case, 5 minutes later me and one of my friend (both hispanic) were looking to buy some, we were told that they had rand out, one and a half hour later the same friend went once again and they were able to get another case.
I feeling discriminated by my race.
