The first time we used PEC catering was for our yearly Company Anniversary celebration and everyone raved about the food so after that I've continued using them and have yet to be disappointed. Not only is the food wonderful, but they will go above and beyond to make your food ideas come to life and not to mention the staff is great to work with...I highly recommend giving Post Exchange Catering a try!!

We had an event planned for this Friday. Our company holiday end of the year event. Its a huge ordeal and is a very important event for our staff. Unfortunately, one of our coworkers contracted COVID over the Thanksgiving holiday. We had to take a hard look at the reality of this event and make the difficult decision to postpone the event until after the New Year in hopes that the virus may be under better control with vaccines becoming available soon.
I contacted Rick to let him know that we had a crisis on our hands. It was short notice. I was concerned that he would not receive the news well. On the contrary, he made me feel so much at ease. Telling me that it would not be a problem at all to move the date and that he would be thinking of my coworker and staff. This is what it means TO BE IN THIS TOGETHER! This company nailed it!
I love their menu. You can hardly decide what to order. Its torture actually to not be able to order one of everything. I strongly encourage any of you searching for a local caterer to consider this company. I am a customer for life. I will use them each time I cater an event. Love Love Love.
We ordered the Italian Pasta Bar for a staff meeting and it was awesome! The food was delivered on time and still hot - and we had leftovers too. Their delivery staff was friendly and helpful in setting it all up. The Pasta Bar was a good choice for both our hearty meat eaters and our vegetarians. Everyone thought it was delicious - and the desserts and cookies were to die for! We will definitely use them again for our next event.

I needed to cater an Oktoberfest lunch for my office this year and Rick and company did a fantastic job! I don't think they had done one before so he researched a menu and came up with a great one. They offer a great variety of food options, including seasonal favorites, and are willing to work with you for your special requests. The menu items are ready to go in most cases, so you don't have to put a lot of extra thought into side dishes, desserts, or even their exceptional sweet tea. You are never left in the dark on the status of your order either. Not only do you get the order confirmation, you also get delivery updates so you know when to expect their arrival. Post Exchange Catering is absolutely fantastic! They worked so hard to make our non-profit event affordable and super tasty! At the event, the staff was extremely helpful and flexible. During the evening, they came around with trays to collect the trash, so our guests did not have to worry about any of that. The desserts were the biggest hit by far! Not a single one of our guests left without raving about the food. If you want incredible service, incredible food, and incredible people, you should work with Post Exchange Catering!
Rick and his team are amazing! On top of their food being amazing, they have also gone out of their way to accommodate specific dietary and food requests as well as last minute orders. Their meals are always a hit and well received by my clients. And they also give back to local charitable organizations. Highly recommend!
Rick and team (chef Andrew!) catered our event for 100+ people and it was amazing! Their staff is professional and friendly and they arrived on time, delivered the food beautifully, and the meal was spectacular. It was stress-free and so well done. I highly recommend them.
