Very disappointed with this hotel. Lifts out of order was a problem but the parking situation was terrible - myself and my two children stayed on January 3rd 2019 for one night before our flight home to New Zealand after visiting my family in the U.K for three weeks and parked at the hotel for 40 minutes in the hotel car park whilst I dropped off my luggage before returning my hire car. Paid for 1 hour parking for my hire car (paid using cash at the machine). 2 months later I received a 100 GBP parking fine for 40 minutes car parking which the hotel states was unauthorised. My elderly parents came to pick me up after I had dropped off my hire car to take me and my 2 children out for a meal before we returned to New Zealand. They parked for 7 minutes in the pick up / drop off area and were also fined by the hotel for unauthorised parking. This has completely ruined what should have been a lovely end to our U.K trip and I will never stay at this hotel again. I would like to point out that I have stayed there 3 times before but never again. Be aware that this hotel has unreasonable car parking policies.

Fab hotel. Staff were excellent. Food on the night and for breakfast was great. Fantastic airport views. Great way to start a holiday.

Hotel is great - rooms comfortable, staff friendly etc. But the service in the restaurant is abysmally slow. Food is good though!

Location is incredible as it is attached directly to the airport, just a short walk to either terminal. Friendly and knowledgeable staff, fantastic rooms and an excellent breakfast the next day. Well worth it!

Hotel was good, unfortuanatly on our stay the wifi was not working and there was no hot water in the wash basin, but bizarly there was hot water in the shower.

The drinks were overpriced and we had technical difficulties associated with the additional Internet we paid for for the conference.

Really poor experience in their spa. Booked with my partner at end of last year for a day and it was awful. Firstly there were kids having swimming lessons in the pool and other kids screaming and jumping in, which was obviously not relaxing. We were told we were going to be welcomed with champagne, instead we were given some rip off sparking wine in a plastic glass. They offered two steam and sauna rooms, and a small pool. It really wasn't very nice and it was not at all what we expected. The massages we had were cut short and were pretty shoddy. We tried to complain to spa breaks, however nobody got back to us. Do not recommend.

A bit hard to find from T3. No signs or directions, but a lovely hotel. Next to airport but one cannot hear the planes.

Excellent service, location, and amenities for the rate. I stayed here before an early flight from Manchester. The hotel is easy to get to and close to everything at the airport. Rooms are very large and modern, and the hotel staff provided friendly service and even a small snack as a check-in amenity. The corridors do feel a little old and there's a slight smell of long-ago cigarette smoke, but the overall experience is a good value for the price.

Always pleasant, but ruined by ridiculous Covid-19 restrictions. You stop providing certain services. I.e. Breakfast, Staff you should reduce price.

Stayed prior to flying out on holiday. We find it a great start to getting away and this time was no exception. Staff are friendly and the rooms are a decent size and well provisioned. As you'd expect for a hotel at the airport, food and drinks are rather expensive but not terrible. In fact, the hotel breakfast is cheaper than paying for it once you've gone through security at the airport. The hotel itself is on a raised walkway between terminals 1 and 2, so very easy to get to either of them, as is the train station. Terminal 3 is a little longer walk but still very easy.

Had an hour to kill before train home. Nice bar excellent attentive staff. Expensive but expected with it been at the airport.

Went for a spa day. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Spa facilities limited

Location is perfect as it is in the airport , I had room service for my evening meal as I was on my own , I ordered a special burger but it was truly horrible really dried out and tasteless. Breakfast view facilities all wonderful, just avoid the burger

Business rooms are lovely as is the corresponding lounge (This needs to be open until 11pm not 9pm as if you go for dinner in the restaurant, it would provide a much nicer environment to chill and relax than the busy bar). The College restaurant is delicious albeit wine list a tad pricy. Extremely convenient for before hols travel as linked to T2.

Loverly Hotel, great location before or after ur flight but very expensive

Direct access to the airport direct from the hotel via linkway at reception. Some parking with extra airport parking close by. The food was good if not a tad pricey, the staff were mostly helpful and the bedroom was spacious modern and comfortable.

Super convenient for the airport with a great view of the runway. The business lounge is very good value.

The breakfast here is a feast! I travel sometimes from the city to have breakfast here. It is a continental breakfast buffet but up to another level with good quality options. You can have a full English along with whole smoked salmon that you flake yourself, variety of bread and spreads, fruits, cereals, fresh juice and some champagne or Bloody Mary if you fancy.

Friendly staff, nice superior room with a view of the airport. Great start to our honeymoon.

Got a free upgrade to Premier suites good service. Good choices of in room dining. Breakfast start 5 am. Room is Clean and well kept

Beautiful hotel, very luxurious with lots of added extras in the room, fluffy robes nice selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate. We had a view of the runway which the children loved :)
