Lovely staff and facilities even if you just need an hour to relax before going for your flight

Staff really friendly. It is pricey, but for an early morning flight was the height of convenience. Nothing too much to ask. Even ordered from the restaurant and we were allowed to take it to our room

Handy for the terminal buildings, rooms nice. Car park is sligthly small.

Fantastically located (especially for T2) but also for the other terminals. With great views of the runway, friendly and helpful staff and a really good Bloody Mary in the bar.

Very nice hotel and at the Radisson Blu standards. My room was very comfortable and modern (big room, large bed, huge window with the airport view). ALL amenities were present. Check-in was very friendly and quick. A special mention for the breakfast: large choice and get well presented in a nice and modern area with airport view. Staff at breakfast is super stressed and noisy when then clean tables. One negative point on the Room service which has very limited choice at night time and presentation of food was not as expected; the order took also long to arrive. ALL in all satisfied.

An excellent room that was spacious and well stocked. We received an upgrade due to an problem with our booked dates at first but after that everything was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed overnight as we had a morning flight, the location is ideal for the airport and airport rail station. All the staff were friendly and helpful, the restaurant was delightful. Having booked early the rate we were charged was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend.

My favourite hotel. They can't do enough for you. Great view of manchester airport too.

Bartender handed cards and receipts back to customers by slapping them on the counter. An elderly couple approached him and asked if there was a waiter that would serve them and dismissed them and complained to us who were waiting for our drinks. Customer service skills lacking.

Hotel has clean, spacious, and quiet rooms, and is conveniently located next to Manchester airport. One side faces the runway, and has great views of the airport for aviation enthusiasts.

Nice clean meeting facilities if not a little pricey. Food provided was very good and the location for international attendees is great.

The hotel was fine, room was very nice. However, on arrival, I was surprised to be asked to pay for the room considering I had already received a booking conformation email that the room had been paid for when I booked it a month ago. This lead to a lot of confusion which got my holiday off to bad start. They were also reluctant to give me a receipt. Francois was extremely helpful.

Stayed hear overnight before our flight out to Iceland first class, we will be back

Room is okay, it was nice and quiet, but I was shocked that there was no complimentary water in my room. Probably a slip up, but in a country where there is a lot of chlorine in the water I'd rather drink mine from a bottle.

Located directly between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2. Breakfast is above the brand standard with typical English specialties.
Fitness area with sauna and swimming pool.
Food in the hotel restaurant was very good. Bar offers a classic offer.

The environment is good, the service attitude is good, but the management of the restaurant needs to be improved. If possible, it is best to add Chinese translation, and chances will come again.

Nice breakfast, comfy bed, clean and tidy. It's also close (short walk) to terminal 2, Manchester airport. What more could I want.

We stayed here overnight to break up the flight plan of Houston to Rome. Since it's the airport, it's easy to make an early flight. The train station is here too so exploring is easy. The room was great. The staff was very helpful. We needed to print boarding passes after business center hours and the front desk took care of us. We ate at Collage. We were less than thrilled with the food, but the service was great and the decor was awesome.
