Nice view from the room but the prices for drinks in the minibar are too high

Seems it was the perfect walking distance from Oslo s. Missing more professional bar.

Great room, great service but a little simple breakfast.

Really nice and clean hotel in central Oslo with service oriented and friendly staff. View from room in 32th floor.

A really convenient place right next to the central station in Oslo. I pick this because to reach this hotel, I am barely outside in open air. In winters this matters!

The breakfast, being a Radisson breakfast is excellent. The spread is amazing :) the rooms are spacious, I have stayed there a couple of times. I miss bathrobe and slippers, that s kinda basic.

It s right next to the bus terminal, so easy to get around the city. Or just take the metro next door. Mainly convenient. And great views of the city. This is probably the tallest building in Oslo.

Last time it took three weeks for them to release the reserved amount and we had to call several times. This time we got double charged for the room, and for a breakfast we did not have.

Fight great and exclusive hotel with wonderful service. We got to change the room location to the height just by ringing and when we arrived we upgraded the room. The young girl who was behind the counter was so helpful and friendly. Such a follow-up makes one want to come back. Lovely breakfast we got served in the room at half past 12 and it was great to not have to leave the hotel room for breakfast. We also got to keep the room longer, when we had a late flight home. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Great service and comfortable room. Nice views and spaces. Convenient location. I arrived around 11pm and all the kitchens were closed. Not even room service open. 1 star less because of that!

A landmark in central Oslo city center. Nice newly renovated rooms

Is a very nice and good hotel. All countries of the world with their people are represented. Had a very nice big room. The breakfast was very rich.

Very nice and clean gigantic hotel in a very central location

Hotel is good but not up to the expected out of a 4 star hotel. Room Furniture is quite old. Toilet is good with amenities.

Facilities like swimming pool and gym are way below the mark. Very small gym at the top most floor 37 with not enough space to move around due to the shape of the last floor. Accessing to these floors is like a maze.

Only plus point of this hotel is the location near the main central metro station and the flytoget airport express train. Easily access most of the important sightseeing locations from the hotel.

Lobby is nice and staff at the concierge office are nice also.

It is definately top view in the town. But it is not Radisson's level. Sauna needs maintainance, cmon!

Nice clean rooms. Good breakfast. Location is fantastic. Right next to the central bus station and railway station.

Great service. Room perhaps a bit small considering the price of the hotel. Scandinavian breakfast with plenty of healthy option. It was however so busy at the time I ate, that some had to share table with strangers. Pool on the top floor is small (approx 10m), but the sauna comes with a great view.

Love the breakfast spread that have dedicated organic full spread to choose from. Location is very strategic. Room nicely presented. Easy access. Enjoy morning walk to the waterfront and also along the river just behind the hotel. Awesome service too.

I thought the hotel was okay, located right in the center. The rooms were clean and modern. But the breakfast buffet was lacking in space and food selection.

Megojame without bedding, nobody picked up, and the bathroom was poorly arranged

330 kroner for 2 drinks is robbery! They weren't good once!

Luxury hotel and variety of facility for guests and I'm so impress every time staying here.

This is a really fine hotel. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Fantastic bathroom with a shower and tub, heated towel rack, hair dryer if you need it. Great selection of breakfast food that were all delicious. Plenty of fruits available with breakfast as well.
Only problem was the air conditioning in the room. It didn't cool very well and I was sweating all night.

Very hospitable and luxury hotel. It is a skyscraper with around 40 floors. There are panoramic restaurant and bar. The panoramic lift bring you up to the fitness, saunas and the swimming pool on the last floor. The view to Oslofiord is fantastic from here!

Nice hotel. Heated bathroom floors, towel rack. Good water pressure. Small pool and a few workout machines. Right next to the train station. No noise. 24hr desk.

Exceptional hotel and I strongly recommend for anybody visiting the city it's a great quality hotel and the service was out of this world.

Update: Elevators either unresponsive or close before you get a chance to enter, plus the breakfast buffet is overcrowded and sometimes there will be no food left.

Ideal location, a short walk from the train station you arrive at having taken the airport express. And the centre of Oslo is just a short walk away. Breakfasts were awesome; Norwegian brown cheese was a revelation. And the room was stylish, tidy and very comfy. Would definitely like to stay here again.

Nice hotel but a little tired grandeur that should be completely renovated, it is expensive too.

Huge standard room in my opinion. Great use of space and excellent placement of power sockets; besides bedside and under seat which is besides table for work. So far this is the only hotel I've come across that came with USB plugs by the bedside for phone and mobile devices charging!
Somehow I get the feeling that hotels in Norway really set the great standards expected from visitors.
Only issue I have is that the housekeeping crew might have somewhat lackadaisical attitude towards cleanliness. I have seen quite a bit of hair on the bed and on the towels.

not the best service at the reception, the rooms are fine - but the service minded staff is 90% of the stay Breakfast for gluten intolerant has improvement potential and variety in choice when eating breakfast in hotels is also desirable - very "ordinary" and not what one expects of " a Plaza hotel "

Nice hotel, quite expensive but with wide room and with good services. Personnel is nice and ready to listen to you.

Nice hotel. Good service. Nice room with a good wiev. Nice skybar. However the prices for drinks are to high.

The hotel is in the tallest building in Scandinavia. Priced for Oslo OK. Rooms are good. The service and friendliness could be improved. One criticism concerns the heating in the rooms, it is just too cold. Although there is a regulator, it does not seem to matter if you set 18 or 25 degrees, it is always too cold.

Very good hotel with nice lobby and big conference hall. I strongly recommend all visitors to lift up to the bar at the last floor of the Hotel. A fantastic day and evening view of Oslo opens from this bar, near the bar there is with a restaurant with fresh seafood.

A very good and Central hotel that meets all needs. Central location right next to all comutes as trains, buses, metros and boats. Good restaurants, swimming pool, gym and a very nice and huge lobby with bar. The genuine and friendly service of the front desk crew makes this a good choice for stays in Oslo.

Nice hotel with all features one may expect. The restaurant is closed on Sunday and Monday which is odd for such a hotel.
