The delay in receiving the check-in took approximately one hour and a text until the room was received and the bedding was very dilapidated and old. The hotel is not suitable for the owners. There are 3 bars and a sound inside the room to the hour 3 at night.
The environment especially the one around Union Metro station is fascinating.

the hotel room was always clean n well kept. all facilities in good condition. the guy who took care of the rooms was always on point pity we never got to meet him
Staff are warm and welcoming. Perfect location too.
Everything is fine except the 'Business Center' which is tiny for the 5-star hotel.
Im totally not happy with this hotel. The bathroom was waaaaay to small for a superior room that I booked.
On top of that the pictures on the website do not reflect the true hotel.
I will never book here again.

The Radisson Blu Chor Hotel Dubai is a beautiful and very elegant hotel with magnificent views of the Dubai Creek. It provides valet parking and excellent reception and everything is close to you and I recommend it and the service is excellent.

Mini bar fridge was closed ( without reason) but , to be honest, I am very happy with hotel service and professional cleaning and big smile faces in hotel entrance. Keep going greater hospitality

Great hotel and location with s good choice of restaurants and bars. Sadly it is let down by it's internet, which is constantly poor no matter how many times it has been reported.
Really impressed with our stay. Staff are excellent and very professional. We stayed in the junior suit and had access to the lounge. Staff on the tenth floor are very good. Special mention to Faizal and his colleagues. Breakfast was very good and service was impressive. Used the gym and swimming pool and was impressed by the facilities. Again staff were very polite and helpful. The location was really good with the creek directly opposite the hotel. We also were close to the Union metro station which allowed easy access to Dubai. The old souq is also close to the hotel. Overall we would highly recommend you to stay. Thank you Radisson Blu for a great stay!

Food as well is one of the best restaurants you can find
Fish market, Shabestan, Aseelah , yum and Sumibiya you don t need to go out everything is inside the hotel
I was lucky swimming pool was open and me and my family enjoyed a lot and definitely we will come again
