Almost every room offers good view across Creek river. Friendly, helpful and charming staff. The choices of restaurants within the body of the hotel make it easy to drop into without enduring the heat during the summer months. My stay ended up great indeed..

This hotel is like blue, near the water cannel, swimming pool, and best food taste.

Highly recommended hotel. The breakfast buffet is extremely good and rich. The pool area and fitness center are very modern. Generally the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

A good hotel and a suitable place with a heritage heritage enough that it was opened in the era of the late Sheikh Rashid bin Saeed, former ruler of Dubai.

Very bad wi-fi (unstable and slow), no bathrobes and slippers etc.

Most of the time Chinese business council host our events here. We love their authentic Chinese food and good ballroom. Perfect for Chinese events

We went for Al Mansour Dhow cruise. It was nice and pleasent.

Good ambience, Smooker Room, Supermarket inside, people friendly & kind, outside Terrasse very nice, close to creek and the sea boots.. All very good

Its on a very easy location and most of the places can be cover from this place. As well as staff is very responsible, polite and helping.

Very nice place. The buffet here is amazing. It's got a nice variety. It faces the Dubai Creek. Parking is a problem here. It's a good hotel for business travellers. The staff a good and polite ever ready to help. The best way to get here is by car. As the metro is a bit far from here.

Good customer service . Decent club ball room.Rooms are slightly small. Breakfast is expensive

Openness The hotel's location is unique and easy to move inside or outside Dubai

Great property. Only downside is staff running down to my room 1 minute after check in to lock the minibar with a key. Assumption being I would somehow steal their drinks and refuse to pay? After a complaint they opened. Consumed what I needed and paid as I always do. I hate to assume the reason for their bizarre action. Been to several and I have met nothing less than great service.

Had a wonderful and affordable dining experience, variety of food for all including kids.
Friendliness of staff has been a spotlight, coming from a person that is in the same industry.
Head chef Diyan, floor manager Sayed and Abhinav from sales and marketing together with all the staff has been brilliant in attracting and retaining their customers.

P:S: valet parking can be a bit of a challenge on a weekend however, staff receiving your vehicle are trying their best to minimise your wait. Job well done.

There was a good view of the sea, especially at night, but not in terms of service and other things like its rooms.

It's sort of a vintage place. Small rooms compared to other Dubai hotels.

This Hotel is well worth the money spent on a room even for 1 night. The staff is great, the check in and out is fast and smooth. The room itself is exactly as expected and what you see in the pictures. Pillows are amazing ! There are more than a few good restraunts here I tried the Chinnesse restraunt, very good food and the staff is proffesional. Alot of upscale shopping aswell with even more places to visit outside.

And old landmark of this new city. Boasts a fancy Chinese restaurant.

Nice creek view hotel at Deira Dubai. Full upscale place. Rooms are decorated nicely along with lobby and corridor. They do not have a shuttle service to Dubai Int'l Airport. Foods are not included in the room tariff. Breakfast has 150 food items. Rooms appliances are good but need a few things more. Complimentary tea/coffee and hot kettle are not available in the room. Stuffs are professional. To get a taxi is a bit expensive from the hotel part. Rest everything is so far so good.

Perfect stay , close to Metro , Bus and Boats , hotel is clean and comfortable , good restaurants and not to forget.... happy hour in the bar at 10th floor .

Good location and amazing experience with friendly staff

We attended Korean BBQ buffet and I have to say that we were pleasantly surprised. First of all with quality of offered food, second with price, and third above all staff. Very pleasant and very polite.
