Bad service ; didnt let people know if the mini bar was free plus the bathroom was not cleaned well

Stayed in a suite, very nice. Got free drinks at the bar and another extra as well. Recommended.

Very poor hotel for a lot of money. Room with the sign "business" on the 4th floor neglected, signs of wear everywhere - scratches on all furniture, burned light bulbs in lamps (lamp broken by the bed), gray, dirty and stained carpet. Where not to look dirt, dust and traces of previous guests. Bathroom in terrible condition - disgusting shower curtain and black joints. I do not recommend with all my heart.

I thought it was a hotel near the airport. With friendly staff.

Friendly staff, clean and convenient hotel. Easy to get a taxi from here about a 30 minute ride to downtown.

Pleasant business hotel, excellent location, bit the airport shuttle isn't particularly reliable, and takes forever to make the trip.

Dynamic currency conversion is rampant here. Never let them charge you in your home currency... always pay in EUR.

I've stayed in a lot of Radisson hotels and this one is somewhat subpar. Okay for an airport hotel though.

Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. Sound insulation s very good, despite being on the airport you hear nothing. Breakfast, Lunch were super. Dinner was absolutely stunning.

This place was a second home for many months for myself and many years for some of my colleagues. The bar staff are consistent which creates a welcome feel. I recommend purchasing an OV card at the airport as the option of public transport (over the free shuttle) makes the Schiphol-Rijk area better connected.

Always stay here as local to our office. Excellent rooms and staff sometimes a little pricey though. Breakfast is again excellent.

Could be better, an older hotel, which needs a renovation. We have stayed at several Radisson Blu hotels, which was the worst so far. Example bath, a little mildew plus a lacquered with waterproof paint, the floor is more reminiscent of shell. No nice bath feeling.

Really great hotel! I loved to stay here. The place is near Royal Floral Holland and Schiphol. Luxurious rooms and a excellent roomservice. Food is delicious, you get a free drink at the bar and 2 free water bottles if you agree to join their "miles" club. It's a quit hotel, and the beds are superb.

They were very accommodating. We were able to leave our bags in a safe place while we waited to check in. The hotel provided quick maps to the city, plus the free shuttles to the airport are great. They were able to get us an after hours shuttle for our early flight. Although we didn't have much time in the room. It was very clean and spacious.

Billed for the expensive breakfast I didn't have. Saw that too late. Couldn't correct it anymore.

I was invoiced for internet over a physical wire, while they also offer wifi for free. This was however not clear from the website. They were persistent so I had to pay 9 for a few minutes internet over the cable while I could have used wifi for free also.

Descent Hotel. Clean and Professional. Nice Lobby which they have redone 3 times at least that i know of. Wish they would put as much effort into their hallways and rooms. Also they have decided to remove all the ice machines except for one on the 4th floor. Room service food is overpriced.

Stayed one night. Hotel feels furnished and decorated to a high standard, but let down slightly by cleanliness - more dust than I expected given the brand, price and furnishings. Service was friendly, professional and polite. Free shuttle bus to/from School Airport provided.

Great room with a nice view, super clean, very comfortable bed. Breakfast buffet very rich with very friendly service. Gladly again.

Eventhough it is far from the city center then is a bus that leaves every 20 mins to the airport.

Its a good hotel. Lies about its prices online (says starting at 65euros but ended up costing me 95+ an extra 50 euro deposit. Breakfast wasn't included for some reason despite being so expensive.

The food they offer for sale is way too expensive. 5euros for a water is highway robbery, don't you dare respond telling me otherwise.

Very close to the airport. Its also reasonably close to the city. You can take an airport shuttle which plies every 30 minutes to airport and from there a train to amsterdam for 5.20 euros.

Services are good. Breakfast is very good with a large variety of dishes. Staff are courteous. Smoking incurs heavy penalties though. Beware.

Parking was easy. Reception were really helpful. Room fantastic. Beds very nice. Everything provided for and a free shuttle service to the airport. Brilliant so far. Junior suite.

Rather meh this Radisson is not at all up to standard. All a bit run down.. the gym is a joke. The park in around the corner is better and cheaper

All good but pretty standard. We were what they called "stranded passengers" (flight was cancelled easyjet paid for our stay) so they made us feel like we are cheap. Also we just stayed at the radisson in amsterdam city the nigbt before but it dis not matter at all. We asked if we couls pay some more by ourselvea and go back there but cooperation between radisson amsterdam amd radisson blu schipol is apparently not possible.

Good quality hotel with free shuttle to the airport from where you can take a train to the Amsterdam central station in the middle of the city. The rooms are spotless clean, the service is perfect and the prices are decent.

Very nice big room. The service staff is friendly and tried to speak German. The rooms are clean. There is a shuttle service to the airport every 40 minutes. Likewise, every 40 minutes from the airport to the hotel with the shuttle service bus.

Have only eaten in the restaurant. Very expensive prices. Small cheese sandwich with little or no toppings served very poorly with nothing to embellish 10 euros. 1 fryer would do better.

It is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are spacious and beautiful.

During an internal event I stayed for a week in this hotel. It is located just outside Amsterdam near the airport.

First, I would like to point out the quite expensive price. Except typical business fare is not overly offered. So if you have this hotel in mind, the well-known hotel portals for a corresponding price. Partly there were offers for just under 130-150 which in turn corresponds to the whole more than the normal price of some 200 upwards.

I have divided the individual points for a better overview, where my personal experiences are described.

Location:
As already mentioned, the hotel is close to the airport. The connection to the airport is possible by hotel shuttle. Nearby there are a few restaurants which are partially accessible by foot or taxi.

Reception & Service:
There is not much to complain about here.
The check-in and check-out was fast and it was a lot to settle.
Also with questions the staff reacted friendly and correct.

Eat:
The breakfast was balanced and offered mostly standard food. Nothing special but not bad.
The restaurant was a bit too expensive for me. In the area there are many nice restaurants and cafes which have a much better value for money.
I really liked the bar. It offers a lot of space and many different corners to feel good. So working together with colleagues in a cool blonde works.

Room:
The room was really clean and the size was really ok. However, there was no shower in the bathroom. For people who prefer this should be considered at the reception. The LCD TV was older but at least a decent size to remove the bed. There are also international channels. For pay TV you have to pay extra. The hotel offered this to some TV modules.

Particularities:
The fitness center is free and can be used 24 hours a day. Until 21:00 under supervision.

Conclusion:
Overall good to very good. 3.5 would have been the right rating.
With a reasonable price between 100-130 for business stays very acceptable. Everything about it seems a bit exaggerated for the services provided here.

Excellent hotel with friendly reception, close to the airport with free shuttle service. The rooms were spacious and well kept, would definitely stay again.
