Radisson SAS Daugava Hotel Review

Basic hotel with little room ventilation. A really strong morning stench was noticeable after breakfast.

Normal Conference Rooms. There is a harbor, ideal if the organizers pay for it.

There is a beautiful riverside view and the room is comfortable. I like to live here.

Good hotel. Pool. Sauna.Sports halls. Great restaurant. Old town across the bridge 15-20 minutes walking distance.

I was there for the second time. Extremely clean and excellent staff! The room decor could be a bit more modern. The breakfast is very rich and with a large selection. Here I would like to have more regional offers. But in total absolutely recommended!

All good, the gym inside is awesome. Not crowdy. Staff friendly. One note though, the facade could be renovated, the building looks a bit too old and dirty.

Spacious rooms, friendly staff & just over the bridge from the old town of Riga.

Additionally, they took 140 Euros per view. And in the end it turned out to be a view from a fogged window. You will see the rest in the photo. + It was very noisy. I also thought that hotels of this class give a bottle of water to the occupant. And then on the table there is a bottle of 1.5 l., And according to the price it costs 4.5 . Surprised that the robe with slippers is not.

This is a nice hotel with great services. Some rooms might feel 'prehistoric'. Cannot suggest if you don't like old house smell. It seems that the odd number rooms have a nice Daugava view the other side has not so great views.

Good hotel. Very beautiful view. Swimming pool and sauna are free. A delicious breakfast buffet is also included in the price. There are fitness and fitness rooms, massage.

The hotel is really strong in the years.
The rooms are very very small with about 7-8 square meters.
The bathroom has only just 2qm.
Unpacking the suitcase was impossible because of lack of space.
Everything is badly worn, the toilet seat loose, the bed sheets torn, the walls full of crushed insects.
At night you have to sleep with the windows closed because the air conditioners are very noisy.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
A second time we will not come.

Fine, nice service, nice rooms, location ok, only the view is not special from the room I was in and the lack of all hot dishes for breakfast for a four-star hotel can not be such a situation

Aan de goede kant van het hotel is een prachtige skyline te zien van Old Town. De kamers zijn goed standaard en een derdepersoonsbed is geen bankbed!

Nice and tidy atmosphere, and comically slow check in - but rarely dry and smooth sparkling wine is served aside.

All is well. Clean. But only there are no amenities due to the old age of the hotel. Staff - smarty!

Breakfast was very tasty, the hotel is very close to the old town, 10-15 minutes on foot. Sadce rooms are a bit narrow.

Great hotel, our room was somewhat dated. You are just across the bridge in the city. The pool is great, you can change clothes and shower there is also a small sauna. Mega large gym. Nice terrace you just have to get yourself a drink. Beauty and spa was fully booked for up to 2 weeks, but she didn't see anything doing it all the time.

Hotel common areas ok.Room furnishings old, not present, old and worn.Daily room cleaning good but stale old surfaces dirty to the eyes.Very cool bed.Superior room lacked the mentioned expresso coffee machine.Room room has a shower with handheld shower without a hand shower park view meant a view of a stone house wall. Hotel breakfast good and comprehensive. Taxi was difficult to get from time to time.

Pleasent stay, friendly staf, good food and clean, peacefull room. What else can you ask for.

Not the best I've had.
A bit old and was not very clean (old things in the fridge, cut nails in the hallway!). When I called reception to ask for someone to clean the fridge in order to put the baby food, no one came!
The bar and reception staff were very nice and friendly. Maybe it's a good hotel for business men, but not for a family with a baby. It's far from the center, you have to take the car. The swimming pool is a part of a gym and fitness center, and it's VERY cold. Impossible to enjoy it with a baby or just for relaxing.
Also, you can't go inside if there are gym classes at the same time.
We've got the top floor business class, the room was very large. The baby bed didn't have a mattress so the baby had to sleep between the two of us.
I don't think we'll be back, I'm sorry.. The old town was great though.

One note, no minibars in room and when call to room service hotel will invoice of internall call what is really strange, also beer was more expensive than in listed in room.

A large hotel with a wide variety of rooms. Breakfast wasn't bad but not extraordinary. Close to downtown Riga with just a stroll across the bridge. My room had a nice view over the river and central Riga. Clean rooms and helpful staff!

Located a kilometer from the historical center of Riga. The rooms are clean. Bathrooms are small. The room has climate control, LCD TV, kettle, fridge, hairdryer, internet. Visitors to the hotel are provided with free taxi to the historic center and back (ask at the reception)., Swimming pool, steam room and gym are also free.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice and good room. The pool is good but overcrowded. Still 5 days to go. So far so good.

Nice hotel, but the room I stayed had a very weak functioning A/C unit. Would not have been a problem with the breeze coming off the water but the windows were unable to be opened so room got very stuffy at times. Other than that the hotel has been really nice to stay at with attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere.

Affortable hotel. Building and room has seen better days. Service was great. Hotel breakfast was average and restaurant dinner was great. Public transportion was nearby.

General modern facilities. Rooms a little "retroja". Still, a good and quiet hotel.

The interior wasn't in my style but the rooms were big and good! and nice facilities, the wifi sucked tho...

Very dated, rooms in need of complete redecorating and improving. For example, no safes in the rooms, one English teabag allowed daily. Locks broken or missing, terrible stains on the bathroom walls and bathroom suite very, very old and tatty. This is not up to Radisson standard and should only be booked if you need a cheap place to stay. A shame as we usually love Radisson brand.
