Radisson SAS Daugava Hotel Review

Better the Radisson that faces the river. It's not bad but it's kind of outdated. The views are beautiful.

Good hotel, albeit old. As with all Radisson super breakfast. Great location. To the old town at hand. View of the river ishina and grace. Large parking but paid

In a word SAVOK. Non horror, repair was 20 years ago. Everything is ancient, the water in the toilet flows when it wants. You will understand the photo yourself. Reception is chic, staff is 5+, breakfast is unmatched, for every taste and color. Parking is free. There is a swimming pool, sauna, fitness. For the first floor of the building of 5 stars, for the rooms themselves are 2 stars, quiet horror.

Not the best Radisson in town. Rooms could use upgrading. But good views of the river and close enough to city center to walk.

Old but good hotel with comfortable bedrooms and a view of the river. Rich in breakfast but more moderate in the evening. It will have to modernize its baths, which, at least part of them, still have a shower ceiling. It is located near the center of the old town (about 15 - 20 minutes walk).

Four-star hotel with post-communist charm. The whole hotel would need a facelift, then the hotel would be much cozier.
What irritates me a bit is the indoor waterfall with a shallow pool - hardly any swimming opportunity for the 3 Kois. Please change that quickly. That is not adequate animal husbandry!

Good location and great breakfast. Sleeping bed and pillows very comfortable, but there is no sound isolation between corridor and the room.

Old and not fresh! If you can afford it, you should not come here! Only for emergency type like any hotel in Riga is fully booked.

Tiny rooms, Standard rooms are not to be recommended. Bad -1 (if it had gone)

Good hotel. A little far from city center. Good room. There is a bar and the employees are helpful.

You have to cross the bridge to get to the center, the hotel needs to be renovated, there are several other Radisson in town that look better but more expensive. Many groups stop in this one which can cause tails at the buffet.

A bit older but all you need to have on bussiness trip. Great breatfast offer.

Cozy hotel 15 mins by taxi from the Riga international airport, very close to the old town, around 10 mins walk across the Stone bridge, ins walk to the National Library. Breakfast is ok and they have nice & polite staff....

Was at the conference. Very comfortable large conference room. Delicious food, helpful staff. All liked it.

I am quite happy with the experience in Radisson Daugava. You can definitely tell that this hotel has been built quite a while ago, especially in the bathroom, hair drier is also ancient, but hey, it works :) I had an amazing view, very clean, everything in place, nice work corner and spaceous. Breakfast though, it's challenging for vegans, but coffee is good and amazing Latvian breads are there for you.

You can go to the sauna and pool at the MyFitness Fitness Club and eat in the hotel restaurant until 3pm. 22:30.

Nice hotel with a very good breakfast. Tried a burger in the Bar and it tasted good, I got more fries than I could eat.

I would expect much more from hotel possessing Radisson Blu name and for 160 /night. Common space is great and as use to be in such hotel but room( at least mine but corridors too) was outdated, poor and calls for re make. Sink as a part of the room instead of bathroom seems strange to me. Staff was nice and polite and all services was on high level. Panorama from the window is outstanding.

The room is spacious, with living room separate from the sleeping area, good for comfortable stay. Plenty of choices for breakfast and friendly service. Recommended.

Alot of noice at night... And not very good cleaning

From the point of view of the ancient Vedic architecture, the hotel has a properly oriented entrance towards the cardinal points. This has a positive impact on all those who work, live, do business in this place. Good luck to all!

Staff is very helpful but the hotel itself stopped around 90s. Everything is clean, bed is comfortable but interior finish is time worn.

They cancelled my reservation that i have made 10 months ago.
Only alternative they offered to me is to stay in some university hostel. Officially it is not even a hotel/hostel.
Customer service was bad. Rude speaking back office manager. As well it took too much time to get some answers

From the room you get a nice view of the city. If you like getting up with a sunrise, don't close the blinds, it's beautiful. The buffet is pretty generous. You can go either sugar or salt. Nice staff, and overall the food is good

It is in the middle.of a refurbishment which is needed as the rooms are very small and dated. Comfortable enough though and just across the river from the old town.

Hotel costs as much as raddisson blue Latvia but is situated in a worse place and has worse rooms. In genral it's ok but too pricy for what you get for same money from raddisson other hotel 1km away.

Average food and small rooms, but clean and very comfortable, close to town

Colosseum from outside. Paradise from inside. Also f*kin good breakfast

The hotel itself is very clean but very worn. Mostly known for security, though. Locals say presidents and football teams stay there. Apart from that it overlooks the river which makes the stay very peaceful and relaxing.

If you stay here, you can take the best skyline of Riga old town

Man muss schon aufpassen welches Zimmer man bucht, es gibt viele alte kleine Zimmer.

Good location quite close to the airport and walking distance to the old city. Rooms getting old but clean. Pay though the little extra to get a view of the river and city. Great fitness center with all you can require from a gym and nice pool. Nice restaurant with decent menu and good food. Can recommend!

Hotell was okay. Our room was quite big but it had seen better days. The hotel is just across the river from the old town where we walked for dinner

Cozy rooms, good soundproofing, comfortable bed. Staff nice, food very delicious. And no doubt a great view through the huge windows in the conference hall area.

The hotel is great but the reason I'm giving 5 starts is because of a lady called jneta, my girlfriend went missing for a few hours and she did EVERYTHING in her power to help. She was amazing and deserves a raise. Thank you so much Jneta

Nice hotel, but DONT cut your hair in the saloon. The woman who cut my hair didnt know what she did.
