Good Italian food and nice rooftop bar but parking and location not so great

Awesome facilities, good breakfast, great location. Nice gym and spa.

A breathtaking morning buffet, for which the extra charge is worth it, if it is not included in the overnight stay.

Best and most extensive hotel breakfast buffet I have ever seen. The lunch buffet is even larger (two floors, with the top floor focused on Chinese food/dim sum).

Attended an event here. The hotel is conveniently located in downtown Bangkok, not far from subway station. However parking car can be very challenging with a very narrow 2-way traffic within the car park building.

His watch is really good. The watch is beautiful, seiko, beautiful, worth buying, looks good, service is good, the price is light, put on it, look luxury, sporty like.

Love this hotel . Near T21 , Emquartier and Emporium Shopping Mall. But the Wi-Fi isn't working properly sometimes until IT staff gave me a router in my room than problem solved. Thanks Radisson

In a busy location, close to the BTS ASOK station and the subway station SUKHUMVIT station! Very convenient to go shopping! The decoration design of the hotel lobby is quite fashionable. We didn't live in this hotel. We asked the front desk to help with fax and photocopying. They did it for us without saying anything. The service attitude was really good. Then I went to the roof of this hotel. Open bar to drink, service is OK, wine is expensive, decoration is very ordinary, nothing special!

Very impressive hotel - real 5* feel about the place. The rooms are spacious with big windows provides views over Bangkok.
Rooftop bar with craft beer is pretty cool too !

Christmas lunch was bad, food cold, staff seemed inconvenienced by their guests, long line waiting to get to table well after the official start time.

Nestled in the heart of busy Bangkok, it is equipped with the 21st century amenities and warmest Thai hospitality. Even housekeeping staff are very friendly. This side of Bangkok's skyline can also be seen.

I am satisfy the services in the hotel specially the front door staff and front desk staff. But I am totally unsatisfying in the call who answer me when I am trying to get help with what they provide the call taxi service.

Excellent hotel with central location. Usual Radisson service, and excellent facilities and clean room.

Very good hotel. Well maintained. Polite and efficient staff. Excellent location. The rooftop bar offers great views of the Bangkok skyline. But the staff here is a little hyper efficient ... They surpass themselves in clearing your half finished drink the moment you're not looking. This happened with us not once or twice, but thrice!

Perfectly clean, interior tastefully, luxuriously. Staff incredibly friendly. Special star goes to the concierge Mr. Aey !! Outstanding!

Except for the fitness center and pool that can't seem to get their act together and provide towels on a regular basis, the hotel is quite good and in q good location. The pool is beautiful but the lazy staff doesn't ever seem to work and provide for its guest. Just my observation.

stayed here near christmas last year would definately recommend. Good location. Clean. Close to nightlife, metro for shops if you want to. We had a nice brunch there too. Food was good in the buffet brunch but they had a cafe downstairs which served rock hard scones. Staff polite and helpful.

It is a hotel that is not lacking in a 5-star hotel, but the price is good. The swimming pool is a bit small, but it would be okay for people who go to the hotel to swim. Breakfast was good, room condition and interior were good.
Willing to revisit if I visit Bangkok again.

Rooms were a bit smaller than Radisson suites in same locality. Otherwise a big hit. Indian food menu gets repetitive if you are staying for more than 3 days.

I'm sorry to be in the building next to the building, but I like it clean.

I stayed every month on a business trip, but the staff is very good and the cleaning is perfect. Perhaps because I stayed every month, the reception staff also remembered me and I was greeted to return at check-in, and sometimes upgraded to the business floor. Great TOP hotel. Very friendly staff. Beautiful room (business). Advantage is also in the business lounge beautiful snacks / tappa. Between 6 and 8 p.m. with coctail. Also morning breakfast (29) in lounge tasty and cared for. Large breakfast (2nd floor) very well cared for and extensive. A SUPER recommended.

Been here a few times, great value for money. Good service, limited selection of food but good quality for the price. A reasonable quiet atmosphere and normally not too busy. Buffet dinner and brunch are good value for money options.

Stunning place. Amazing views from the rooftop bar. Incredible food on the Buffet and the service from the young waiter 'Eyes' was fantastic. Would definitely go back there. Use the eatigo app for 50% off food.

One of Luxury hotel in Sukhumvit which close to the SkyTrain

The transportation is more convenient and the price is cheaper than other places. Friendly and clean, especially the breakfast was very satisfying. If you don't plan to use the swimming pool, you don't have to go anywhere else. The pool is small and not suitable for playing.

Very beautiful hotel! Terminal 21 is also within walking distance! Because BTS, MRT are near, it is good location to go anywhere!

Excellent hotel good location, as you enter the hotel the staff are very attentive. The open and large lobby is luxurious, with plenty of seating. The rooms are a very good standard. There are three different restaurants giving plenty of choice. The hotel is well located being 3 minutes from the Sukhumvit BTS line, with the large department stores only a few stops away. Well worth a visit.
