Super rooftop, without strict dresscode (which is rare in Bangkok).
Just do not be in beach clothes or sports to get there.

The hotel is really good. Specially their facilities and buffet breakfast was amazing. It's primary problem is it's not connected with BTS (Metro Rail Project) though it offers really nice city view. The hotel staffs are very well mannered and nice.

Outstanding service and accommodating staff! Great rooftop lounge, pool and exercise room. Sauna and steam room top notch. Did not try the restaurants but the menus were very interesting.

Spacious rooms and bathrooms, delicious and well priced food and helpful and friendly staff make it a great place to stay. The location is also excellent and I would easily come back here without a second thought.

A great hotel on Sukhumvit. Highly professional and friendly staff, especially the Hotel Manager Khun Mark and another manager Khun Nan. The pool area is a nice small oasis. I can only recommend this hotel.

A nice hotel. Friendly staff. Not sure it s a true 5 star hotel though. While the rooms are well appointed they are a little rough round the edges for something in that price range. Well situated though for all the fun Bangkok has to offer though! Nice spa offering a range of services, again, a little pricey though.

No complaints during your stay. Breakfast, waiting on customers, location are very satisfied. But beware of late checkout. Although it is informed that it is until 18 o'clock, a request was made at the time of reservation six months ago and the answer was from reception to 15 o'clock. This was tough because I chose Raddison because it was a late-night flight.

Very poor quality hotel, rooms are not very clean, no way this is a 5* hotel. VERY DISAPPOINTED with the quality and service. Air conditioning doesn t go below 22c, online pictures are deceiving. Staff are not very helpful and unable to understand. I will never book this again! The only 2 good things are location and lobby area is nice.

Great location close to Asok BTS and shops and the tourist areas for nightlife. Rooms were spacious and clean with a modern look.

There are enough bathrooms with good service. Please call the taxi meter for that time. There is only a taxi. Finally, the meter taxi is not available. But the car is very stuck Waiting for a long time, because the car could not come.

Not very worth of money of their buffer dinner. Meanwhile, they provide good service.

It is always heartwarming to see such good corporate citizens, locking access to their precious driveway while the sidewalks have been under construction for the last month, forcing pedestrians to walk in the street. It's not like Sukhumvit road isn't one of the busiest roads in Bangkok.... Kudos!!!

Nice understated 5 star hotel. Typical (fabulous) Thai service. The best city hotel room I've ever stayed in. Other Bangkok hotels may more appropriate locations for you, but if you like the location, this is a perfect choice.

A clean and good hotel, but the power supply will stop if the card key is removed, so the spare battery can not be recharged (if it is not in the room) the air conditioning is too effective (lol)

Very nice place, receptionists are friendly and professional, the room is very clean and swimming pool have a great view on city. Breakfast could be improved but anyway still good, especially the variety of food.

Poor communication by the hotel front desk. I booked this stay with my loyalty points but they failed to inform me that there was a surcharge despite taking my card details. They only inform me at check out leaving me no choice but paying only a 1000bht more than the actual room price. What is the use of a loyalty programme and why wasn't this communicated at check in. I wouldn't pay this much to stay in this hotel, there are better ones in this area given the price. Truly disappointed!

Value for money. Amazing view from the room. Room is excellent, staff is Cooperative, location is also really good and the sky bar is simply amazing at night

Spent 6 days here over Xmas. Very well located hotel with decent sized room. Didn't use the bar but we did have the Xmas Eve and Xmas day buffets, which meant I got me a Xmas dinner. Just a small one though because the array of food on offer was superb. Indian, Thai, Japanese, Italian, and all good quality. Plus some exquisite desserts. Found all the staff to be obliging and friendly. Be happy to stay there again. Recommended without a doubt.

BTS, MRT and restaurants and shopping malls are very close.

The gym was wide, with dumbbells up to about 20 kg.
About 250 baht by taxi to Suvarnabhumi Airport. You do not have to use high speed in the early morning.

Even though most of the reviews says that the breakfast was really good, I would argue that for that price(about 1000bht) it was a slight disappointment. There was lot where to choose from, but some food had already been standing there for far too long. However all the fresh stuff was really good.

Pool area and the upstairs craft beer place on 29th floor were really nice. Good quality beers upstairs. Room was big, clean and with great views over the Sukhumvit.

Service was probably the best throughout my three week trip in Thailand. Everyone talked English well and no extra hassle.

On the last day we could use the room until 2 p.m. and then lie at the pool until evening and take a shower.

Very nice view at the top of the hotel with good range of beers and nice cocktails.

Good access. Good scenery. Taxi also often passes nearby, so if you use grab you can call within 15 minutes. I tried breakfast for only one day, but what was delicious? I was surprised that it was miso soup. The gym, pool, beauty salon, and bar are all in one building, so you can spend a day at the hotel even though you came to Thailand. The shower is so vigorous that it laughs. The rooms changed for some reason, but every room smelled the same. It smells like a unique spice that smells lightly. There is a safe in the room. Will stay again.

The room is beautiful. Certainly a good hotel. of! Though it is supposed that there is no water in the room (the pipes are not connected), shave, a cotton swab, etc. is not in the room or there is something else in the room. I thought that would be something like that!

2 metro is near by. vary convenient spot. but too much traffic jam.
Taxi is not recommended.

Nice hotel and good price but the reception lets you wait for 2 hours and deliver you the room and far away from the Arab area
