It's a good and well maintained 5 stars hotel, they served good breakfast, good location and good lobby environment!

Nice Hotel in walking distance to Asok station. However, pool and gym were closing 30 Min before the announced time. 1 star deducted for uncertainty in facility use.

They have a nice chic interrior and fabulous rooftop bar with delicious gin infusions

The banquet room is very good. A good hotel in the heart of another city If coming to the sky train, recommend to go to the Asoke location and exit the gate on Terminal21. Walk about 200-300 meters and you will see the sign on the left. Delicious food, the staff are very good. Please try to use the service.

Excellent location. The room and the rest of the hotel are well maintained. Great amenities. But the highlight of my hotel stay are the staff. Welcoming and always willing to assist.

Extremely happy with our stay. The staff are exceptionally good. Professional, helpful and the service is always with a smile. Even the surrounding ground staff are pleasant. Impeccable service. The room was lovely and the bed was like sleeping in clouds! It was quiet and relaxing which is ideal for escaping the hustle and bustle. I would like to make special mention here of the Chief Concierge, Kwan. We had one full day in Bangkok and he pretty much made our whole itinerary for us. Informing us of best ways to get around and sights to see. We had a very enjoyable day on his advice!

Great place where to stay if you want be next to night life. To get to Royal Grand Palace it takes 1h by taxi.

A little fitness equipment But the staff take good care of The bathroom is spacious, comfortable, has a sauna, a stream room, a wide swimming pool and a long line. Suitable for people who like to swim long, have water, cookies and fruit in the fitness. Importantly, the building is easily closed on Sukhumvit Road. Very easy to use

Brewski is pretty good but their service could do with some improvements

This is a really deluxe hotel, and it has some of the finest dining and drinking establishments in Bankgok. On the very top floor is the Brewski rooftop bar, which has a lot of craft beer options and is a great rooftop bar with a unique view of Bangkok. The hotel is very deluxe. The entrance and the lobby are great. Service is excellent and very attentive. I keep worrying that I'll break something though, since pretty much everything here is more valuable than I am. I definitely recommend this place.

The best Radisson in Bangkok and also one of my favouret hotells here. Perfect location and amazing service, the breakfast i top notch! The pool on the roof is really nice.

I previously rated this place five stars but for some reason the food by the pool and room service food is actually pretty bad now. My bread for the bad past was like a rock, another order I had a cheeseburger that were not even eatable. Avoid pool and room service food and this place is top notch.

Went for the business class, to try to relax a bit, absolutely not worth it.

The room floors creak and are uneven, there's this metal strip between the carpet and the wood floors and because of the uneven floor, you could easily scrap your foot if you walk over it. The water temp and pressure are inconsistent, wallpaper is peeling from the side, but the restaurant is the worst part of the hotel.

You can tell the food had been left over from the other day, bread is hard and shrimp are not veined and mushy in texture because it's been under the heating lamp for so long. Other desserts and food are DOA. The waiting staff are rude and absent minded, asked for a cup of tea from 3 of the staff there and still didn't get any service for 20 minutes, noticed an unattended coffee machine and went to get some water and was yelled at by the manager saying they are going to charge me for it. I told them to go ahead as we just need something to drink, and the manager went on to be rude the rest of the night. At the end, I went to get some ice cream thinking they at least cannot screw that up, and just to disappoint me that much more, the ice cream is either melted or been refrozen as ice.

Not a good experience all around.

I must admit that the service and ambience is a luxury hotel, but overall I was asked to have an older facility and a non-spoke room. I do not know why I smoke in the room. question. As for the price, it does not shine.

We were extremely disappointed with the rooms. Though on website all posted photos were great and impressive, write outs on recent renovations in 2015, never trust any of that. Extremely badly maintained, or should I say no maintenance seems done at all - shower rooms tiles filled with stains, shower holder after complained still not working well, all timber were either torn or not working well and worst of all even the main door is cracked and the lock not working well too. Our one bedroom suite has a security lock whereas our kids superior room doesn t even has one!
Other than reception ladies are friendly and great help, not those men staffs who are not he least friendly at all, there is nothing else to compliment about.
I don t think we will ever return to stay here again.

Wonder if the GM is doing his job well enough to check and be aware of the condition of rooms. Or is he?

There is no land taxi. The hotel is required to walk to the yen, get a taxi, and there are no Arab restaurants nearby

Great hotel with comfortable rooms and a delicious breakfast spread. The location couldn't have been better. Very close to the Asok BTS Station.

Perfect hotel just perfect, everything new and clean and cozy. Full of restaurants and good service

Overall clean and clean. We stayed for 3 nights, but the pool was always full of people swimming.
The breakfast was full of international cuisine and there were many types and I was not bored. delicious.
The staff smiles and welcomes you.
Baths and toilets can be seen from the room in clear glass, but they can be hidden with automatic curtains.

The difficulty is that the water pressure in the shower is weak and the temperature of the hot water is not fixed. The refrigerator is small. There were two or three times that the card key did not respond.

Serving Indian cuisine for buffet needs extra talent.
To be precise, the Chef had done a gr8 job, the problems were in serving Indian cuisine.

The interior of the hotel is spacious. Each floor is well decorated, 30 floors, beautiful rooftop.

Air conditioning isn't cold enough for me (for Bangkok's weather).

Fridge temperature is way too high (don't expect to have a COLD water, beer or RedBull).

Location and cleanliness. Located in the city center with many dining options and close proximity to the metro station. The room was fabulous, clean and comfortable. Brand new hotel with a great ambiance. Next time in Bangkok I will definitely stay here.
