When I am asked for a good hotel nearby I always mention the Radisson. It is convieniently located near restaurants and nightlife in the downtown Fresno area. The rooms are clean and spacious, the meeting rooms are large and well mantained.

STAFF IS INCREDIBLE....very accommodating....front desk attendant Anthony, actually loaned me his belt because I left mine at home in Toledo....Just an incredible gesture of kindness and hospitality....This more than makes up for the property itself...which I'm sorry to say is in need of more modernizing and up grades...such as USB ports for charging phones...the interior rooms lobby, areas are all below the standards I've come to expect from Raddison properties...especially for what they are charging...but I am in Califonia and maybe this is what you get for the cost in this part of the country....the South East and the Midwest have a much lower cost of living.

One male guest was checking in when we came into the lobby and one male guest was being checked in. After he went to the elevator, we were left standing in the lobby and were not attended. I stepped up to the counter after the male guest had left, expecting to be waited on and was completely ignored. After 10 minutes of rude silence from these two clerks my aunt said "is there a problem"? Unbelievable, rude and downright insulting, awful way to welcome any paying guest to your hotel. For shame!

I really liked the hotel it's located in the center of the town and has a casino attached. E had a couple of request for our room (adjoining etc.) and these were all met at check in so a plus for the very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean and are up to standard. The elevator requires a room key so there's only guests and staff on the room floors which makes it quiet. Upon check out I forgot my sunglasses and needed to go back to the room ( was already 10 minutes away). This was no problem at all and I could pick up my glasses from the room.

In short
Nice rooms, clean, quiet and super staff!

Terrible downtown location right next to the courthouse. Arrived late at night and saw multiple people just wandering around outside. Pretty sure I saw a guy steal stuff out of the alley behind the hotel. Somewhat difficult to actually find where to park. Even then it's a shared garage so again, more wanderers. I really didn't feel safe. The room was decent. Smaller details: the beds were somewhat firm, the air conditioner didn't move enough air, and the bathroom had dated wallpaper. Unfortunately there was construction right in front of the hotel so we were awoken at the ass-crack of dawn but I don't fault the hotel for that. The staff was friendly.

Anthony at the front desk was such a gem. He was quick, thorough, and provided us so many great recommendations during the check in process. I don't far share of travel and honestly, his service stood out to me even compared to the service at 5 star hotels! Facility was clean, free parking was much appreciated, good place to stay for business travel. Situated right by the courthouse.

This hotel is just okay. The furniture and decor in rooms are outdated. No microwave or refrigerator. The hotel restaurant food was nasty. This hotel needs to be updated, wall paper coming off the wall. Hole in bathroom wall.

What kind of 3 star hotel without refrigerator or microwave? Even bathroom is so old and cranky? It located right by casino and place where alots of weed smoker around. Finallly, not all channel on tv are working and keep saying no signal. I rather stay in la quinta at least they have refrigerator and microwave.. Never come back here again..

Reasonable accomadations for the price. The hotel in general feels old and in need of maintenance, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are nice enough. The breakfast was tasty, though not complementary for most rooms.

Good, not great. Patio outside my room was pretty dirty, with mold and stuff accumulating. Beds were meh, shower had great pressure, which is always a redeeming factor. I don't think of this as a budget hotel, but it felt like it.

Good for short stay at a reasonable price.

Good for short stay at a reasonable price.

Converiently located in the downtown Fresno, Radisson hotel is a good choice for staying overnight or hosting local events. The hotel did show some signs of deterioration, but it was still clean and bright. Free WiFi, parking, business center, 24-hour bar, fitness center and swimming pool.

Rooms are clean, but pretty basic. While the view from my room isn't great, the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff more than makes up for it. Located in a sketchy section of town, but with plenty of good restaurants around it.

Worst hotel ever. Very dirty and no lights in the bathroom. Engineering had to come in. The sheets were so dirty. OMG. It took me an hour to clean the room and they also charged me extra for parking.

This Radisson has seen better days. Hopefully it won't see worse. It looks like it was once nice, but has been neglected for many years. The front desk staff seems more interested in passing the blame than solving problems. Yet the prices are still high. Our first inclination when we arrived was to leave, but there weren't any other vacancies in the area. The best I can say about this hotel is that we survived the night. Avoid this hotel if you have a choice.

The location is terrible, Downtown Fresno right next to a shady casino and around the corner from the jail. No restaurants within walking distance. Construction and trains making way too much commotion. The rooms are old, air conditioner works sporadically, showers are in need of new caulking and grout work. Lobby looks nice though.
