Got a cheap deal with them on priceline. Our room was very nice. Building was a little dated but it wasn't dirty.

Musky dry smell from heater. Or maybe it's the carpet drying off? Idk. Service was ok. Staff needs to smile and make us feel welcome.
The hotel room is nice and clean. They have a shuttle that can take you places but we didnt know until after we requested an uber. Lots of parking in the garage.
Excellent!!! Clean room, great service, friendly staff. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I will definitely stay there again. Bed was extremely comfortable. I loved it!!!
Very good service and friendly staff especially mrs. Ana Ortiz
I like it is comfortable and the workers are very friendly
Old, worn carpet, their restaurant closed. Plumbing problems... This is a luxury hotel?!
Good service great food and not a very long wait people were polite and friendly
Was rather nice, just not as private as i would have liked.
Good rooms, but Breakfast is not vegan, gluten free, or vegetarian friendly. Big oversight, and they were unaware of importance of that. Odd for a radisson.
When I am asked for a good hotel nearby I always mention the Radisson. It is convieniently located near restaurants and nightlife in the downtown Fresno area. The rooms are clean and spacious, the meeting rooms are large and well mantained.
STAFF IS INCREDIBLE....very accommodating....front desk attendant Anthony, actually loaned me his belt because I left mine at home in Toledo....Just an incredible gesture of kindness and hospitality....This more than makes up for the property itself...which I'm sorry to say is in need of more modernizing and up grades...such as USB ports for charging phones...the interior rooms lobby, areas are all below the standards I've come to expect from Raddison properties...especially for what they are charging...but I am in Califonia and maybe this is what you get for the cost in this part of the country....the South East and the Midwest have a much lower cost of living.
One male guest was checking in when we came into the lobby and one male guest was being checked in. After he went to the elevator, we were left standing in the lobby and were not attended. I stepped up to the counter after the male guest had left, expecting to be waited on and was completely ignored. After 10 minutes of rude silence from these two clerks my aunt said "is there a problem"? Unbelievable, rude and downright insulting, awful way to welcome any paying guest to your hotel. For shame!
For what it is - this is a great value stop. Staff were really lovely as well - couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming.
Great Service, Nice Rooms and Price was really not that expensive. Downtown Fresno was surprisingly nice to look at from 8 floors up.
Lots of night work on the streets surrounding the hotel.
I really liked the hotel it's located in the center of the town and has a casino attached. E had a couple of request for our room (adjoining etc.) and these were all met at check in so a plus for the very helpful staff. The rooms are spacious and clean and are up to standard. The elevator requires a room key so there's only guests and staff on the room floors which makes it quiet. Upon check out I forgot my sunglasses and needed to go back to the room ( was already 10 minutes away). This was no problem at all and I could pick up my glasses from the room.
In short
Nice rooms, clean, quiet and super staff!
The hotel is small and doesnt leave much to offer in terms of restaurants or amenities but it is well located and the rooms are good and comfy.
Stopped by to drop off a resume, staff seemed nice.
Terrible downtown location right next to the courthouse. Arrived late at night and saw multiple people just wandering around outside. Pretty sure I saw a guy steal stuff out of the alley behind the hotel. Somewhat difficult to actually find where to park. Even then it's a shared garage so again, more wanderers. I really didn't feel safe. The room was decent. Smaller details: the beds were somewhat firm, the air conditioner didn't move enough air, and the bathroom had dated wallpaper. Unfortunately there was construction right in front of the hotel so we were awoken at the ass-crack of dawn but I don't fault the hotel for that. The staff was friendly.
I stayed there the other night Just have to say the room was dirty
The carpets had stains all over, the bathroom wasn t cleaned throughly toilet dirty shower curtain dirty old toothpaste on the curtain
The carpets in halls dirty as well
Down town fresno good place to be at nice room and good food
Anthony at the front desk was such a gem. He was quick, thorough, and provided us so many great recommendations during the check in process. I don't far share of travel and honestly, his service stood out to me even compared to the service at 5 star hotels! Facility was clean, free parking was much appreciated, good place to stay for business travel. Situated right by the courthouse.
Nice, roomy room. Clean & orderly. Ask for a room away from busy street, quite noisy until 11PM. A nice place for a business trip.
Really worse experience room dirty carpet bad look like no one vacuum ever never book again this hotel
Cheap, good security, safe parking. Great spot to catch Pokemon
Great staff. Very helpful. Fast Service to accommodate to your needs.
This hotel is just okay. The furniture and decor in rooms are outdated. No microwave or refrigerator. The hotel restaurant food was nasty. This hotel needs to be updated, wall paper coming off the wall. Hole in bathroom wall.
Great rooms and service, bartender's need to be more personable and talkative with customers instead of walking back and forth waiting for something or looking at their phones, otherwise great
The food was fantastic. Most people don't know but they're open to the public.
What kind of 3 star hotel without refrigerator or microwave? Even bathroom is so old and cranky? It located right by casino and place where alots of weed smoker around. Finallly, not all channel on tv are working and keep saying no signal. I rather stay in la quinta at least they have refrigerator and microwave.. Never come back here again..
the workers was nice and kind but the guest are rude.
Reasonable accomadations for the price. The hotel in general feels old and in need of maintenance, but the staff are friendly and the rooms are nice enough. The breakfast was tasty, though not complementary for most rooms.
Just an okay hotel. It's in downtown in a sketchy area. Not much around walking distance for eating.
Staff courteous and professional. Bed bugs bad. Woke up bit up and stuffy
The in the restaurant took forever to come, but the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was nice, everything was very clean.
I liked it I saw it there but I never actually went into it they had nothing to offer me in there so I left so I can't tell you much about it except for I don't remember going by there I must have went by there going somewhere else I'm just telling you the truth I did like the way in the conference rooms and stuff like that it was cool but hey if you need something like that a conference room. Thanks for listening God bless
The venue for a conference call nference was nice, but they tried to serve a sit down lunch and it took over an hour and a half. Next day was bluffet and was much better.
Best deal in FRESNO. Clean Hotel, Friendly staff, 5 stars.
I don't like that you have to request for your microwave and fridge in your rooms now
It was a good place to have a quick in and out meeting like a quick drink or lunch.
Terrible place, dirty, old, without maintenance windows to the balcony but canceled and screwed, with half toilet paper without spare ... in short fatal
Very nice customer service. Beds were comfy and clean. Just wish the neighborhood was better, but overall a great visit.
Good, not great. Patio outside my room was pretty dirty, with mold and stuff accumulating. Beds were meh, shower had great pressure, which is always a redeeming factor. I don't think of this as a budget hotel, but it felt like it.
Great place to stay very private, treated very well its like home ..
Service is good. Located right in downtown. Easy access to downtown area
Good for short stay at a reasonable price.
Converiently located in the downtown Fresno, Radisson hotel is a good choice for staying overnight or hosting local events. The hotel did show some signs of deterioration, but it was still clean and bright. Free WiFi, parking, business center, 24-hour bar, fitness center and swimming pool.
Rooms are clean, but pretty basic. While the view from my room isn't great, the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff more than makes up for it. Located in a sketchy section of town, but with plenty of good restaurants around it.
Loved it. Clean rooms. Lovely view of Downtown. Freindly staff.I highly recommend this place.
Worst hotel ever. Very dirty and no lights in the bathroom. Engineering had to come in. The sheets were so dirty. OMG. It took me an hour to clean the room and they also charged me extra for parking.
This Radisson has seen better days. Hopefully it won't see worse. It looks like it was once nice, but has been neglected for many years. The front desk staff seems more interested in passing the blame than solving problems. Yet the prices are still high. Our first inclination when we arrived was to leave, but there weren't any other vacancies in the area. The best I can say about this hotel is that we survived the night. Avoid this hotel if you have a choice.
Reasonable but worn down. Art missing off the hooks and sliding doors bolted shut. But for a night or two, it's fine.
Nice clean rooms with a good view and good amenities.
Nice hotel all around rooms don't have microwaves and fridges though which is super annoying!
Great place with extraordinary service. There were times when items we ordered were late but otherwise a great place to stay.
Clean, courteous helpful staff. Pretty much what you'd expect from a hotel of this price range. I would definately stay again.
Not too bad for Fresno. It is older, but the staff are really good.
The Radisson is a wonderful place it's quite and feels spaced out between the gagging and noiseless corridors, this is the place for good restfull sleep during a long trip.
It was a very comfortable stay I wish they had more amenities though.
The rooms were awesome. Service was amazing everything about the conference hall was great I will recommend to any1 to use it.
It is a little dated from the outside, but the rooms are nice and the staff extremely helpful.
The location is terrible, Downtown Fresno right next to a shady casino and around the corner from the jail. No restaurants within walking distance. Construction and trains making way too much commotion. The rooms are old, air conditioner works sporadically, showers are in need of new caulking and grout work. Lobby looks nice though.
