Radisson Hotel Branson Review

Beautiful indoor outdoor pool, water temps were so cold even the children couldn't swim. The hot tub though was barely bathwater warm and was where all the kids were (hold 6 adults tops!) I went to the front desk, 2 older people there, neither interested in talking to me. I told him pool should be 86 degrees and the hot tub 102-104 and neither were close to those temps, he said well they are heated and walked off. He didn't care. Ate at the restaurant, Great Mudslide however it took 15 minutes to get it and when our dinner came out it was cold (the dinner not them mudslide!) We spent very little time at the hotel which wouldn't of been the case if the pool would of been comfortable. The people above us were noisy starting at 10-12 3 of our 4 nights. The vending machine required credit cards and we never got a drink to work. All in all it is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. We are in Branson at least once a month and the Radisson will not be a repeat hotel.

We just stayed here New Years weekend 2 nights on the 9th floor Suite with hot tub # 903. Check in was easy and friendly. Slight odor when we walked in non smoking room. I didn't pay it much mind at the time. The Room appeared to be clean, Bed was very comfortable, our hot tub was nice, room service was excellent. The Shower was VERY small, no lock on bathroom doors. The main reason for my 3 star review is because of the terrible odor that I assumed was coming from the vents got worse in the middle of the night, in fact the smell was so bad I was awakened by it and had to open balcony door. I tried to enjoy our stay BUT Not what I expected to experience for spending over $400 for two nights. I ain't being a prick there was a lot of nice stuff about this hotel, If it wasn't for the smell I would have rated it 4 stars!

If I could give this place a -5 I would! Do NOT stay here unless you are or want to be drunk, loud & beligerent. Or if tiny bathrooms & lousy beds are your thing. Oh and if you enjoy the smell of fresh hot a$$/garbage. Terrible food too, I ordered a BLT w/crispy bacon had the bacon been real it would have still been squealing. Would not & will not ever stay here again.

We spent 6 nights at that hotel. Everything was nice and staff very friendly, rooms very clean and a great location close to the Strip.

The reason which I put only 3 stars is because all the mess and confusion about how they managed my husbands credit card. We accepted the deposit of $35 at check in with no problem, then we were told that everything for hotel expenses would be charged to the room then pay it at checkout. However after a non-complimentary breakfast and two dinner suddenly they charge amounts on hold and even that my husband still had credit the card got declined, it caused some headache for a day and took two people at Front Desk to clarify it and were asking for another card but he doesn't. Supposedly it arrived to a friendly agreement.

Disappointed my husband refused to keep spending in the hotel as they charged 4 times more being the card declined (he had to put a payment to have more credit but it took two days). Despite of that agreement they were calling to the room, one morning opened our room door I think to check if we are still there or "escaped" without paying, the housekeeper didn't clean that day, and ultimately they sent us a paper announcing that the water would be shutting down due to "repairs". When finally the card got funds they charged one more time with no problem then everything went back to "normal".

I understand that there are some scammers wanting to leave without not paying, but I believe not everyone having problems like us shouldn't be treated that way. And besides the staff should be well informed about how it works with credit/debit card because they had absolutely no clue about it and the hotel computerized system.

We plan to go back to Branson, but the lack of acknowledgement in cards, the treatment we got because it was declined even for $39 only, and a breakfast that we had to pay when most hotels offer free complimentary breakfast we don't think we're going to that nice and clean hotel sadly.

We had a church Christmas party, and the food, room, and service were great!

Clean rooms,excellent staff,great food. BUT I only give the people one star for the lawn care. You do not blow the grass towards the Vehicles in the parking lot. Just be glad I didn't see you do it. And be glad yall had already left before I did see it.

This hotel is so dirty. Find somewhere else to stay

It's clean, no bugs but I have stayed in other 3.5 star hotels that went way above and beyond this one. Overall just mediocre.

Decent hotel, best part was the inside and outside pool.

We were promised a rolling bed. Hours later we get back from a late show there is still no bed. They knock on the floor with a like of blankets and our kids ended up sleeping on the floor. Yet to see my bill. If I'm charged for the extra bed, heads will roll.

I love the Jacuzzi jetted tubs in the suites on the 9th floor!! The rooms are large with a separate living room. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the balcony. The only drawback is the extra large bathroom has mirrors on all walls. Absolutely love the comfort of the king size bed. Have not figured out the sleep number controls during my 2 visits at this hotel. Never hear any noise in this hotel. The breakfast is large and very reasonably priced.

All the staff was super nice and accommodating, the room was clean, the AC worked really well, and the pool is open until 2am!! Great experience overall.

Large hotel that is getting older. The Hampton inn is nicer.

Staff were friendly and helpful in spite of getting slammed by a huge convention. Rooms were very clean. I would like to see the electronics updated. It's the first place I've stayed in awhile that didn't have a USB port for a charger.

Nothing terribly special about the radisson. I give it a 4/5 because the bathtub drains, which is pretty special I guess for this price point.

Best place I have ever stayed..(AND WE TRAVEL!!) THE PEOPLE IN THE RESTAURANT AND THE LITTLE SPORTS BAR ARE AMAZING!!! we stayed for a few days and they were friendly and kind from sun up to sundown! Thanks all for spoiling us! GOD BLESS!

We came for a timeshare presentation and associates freebies. We enjoyed our time at the pool.

The television in the room was a little odd. The service they subscribe to doesn't limit the guide listings to channels that are actually available and premium channels are mixed, HBO works but the HBO sibling channels don't, that sort of thing. It's not bad but it took awhile to figure out what was going to work and what wasn't.

We tried only the lava cake and the queso sticks from the food available buy they were both reasonably good.

It's hard to comment on price or value because this was a freebie but it was a good stay overall.

We went to the restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner. It was good, gave a lot of food. It came with dessert but had to remind the waitress to bring it. Service was not good.

Nice indoor/outdoor hotel. Restaurant in the hotel was nice.

Reserved for two nights and the hotel room was good and clean. The kids decided they wanted to stay another night. I called the front desk and asked if the room was available for another night, they said yes it looks like you went through expedia though. I was told it would cost me certain amount which was very high and they suggested for me to reserve how I did before though expedia. So I did and the next morning I went to the front desk to make sure everything watching good and the person was so rude to me said who told you to do that and made me stand there forever has she sighed. My daughter just got out of the pool and was standing there freezing. The lady just kept saying it would've been easier of you did this another way. I said I'm sorry did I do something wrong I was suggested to do this. Another person came over gave me updated key and sent me on my way. When I checked out the same rude lady made me stand there forever with my kids and then had another person then help me took my keys and said you are good have a wonderful day. That one rude person just ruined it for us. I won't be back, even my daughter said the same thing. With the amount of money I spent there to stay it wasn't called for.

Staff was super friendly and hard working. Memorial hall way was awesome to see. Had some dirty plates and food didn't taste very good. Public bathrooms were gross

Awesome place to just stay, but if you need a meeting place or get away destination....this is the place!
Was given not just one business card but two & introduced to a third person for anything we might need!
No detail or item was too small to ask for & it was taken care of. They would come find me to make sure I didn't need anything else.
I never give 5 stars, but I did for here!

Great Hotel, excellent customer service, great food etc

We stayed at the Radisson hotel because of a Bass Pro shop trip we bought. Bass Pro picked this hotel for us. The hotel was not in a very clean condition, and there were smells on our floor (second floor) and in the lobby. When we got in the first elevator it smelled like urine, and then when we got off on our floor I swear it smelled like someone had just vomited. I had to hold my nose all the way to my room. In our two night stay we found a bug in our room, the bathroom sink was clogged, and the parking was horrible. Many people we saw at the hotel were on the hoosier side and also ghetto people. I will not be a guest at this hotel again.

we stayed there in Sept 2015. everything looked good as to the appearance of the hotel. once in our room, everything seamed ok. We were given the room compliments of Blue Green. little did we know that we acquired bed bugs from our stay. we did not realize that there is a BED BEG list for all reports made on the hotels. from now on we will check this list over and over, this bed bug infestation was so bad we had to burn our entire bed room suite. yea , well the Radisson is lucky we don't sue for our loses. to replace our furniture. never again will we stay at ANY Radisson Hotel. I would advise that anyone who is even thinking of it to do your research.

Not happy with the experience. The worse beds we've ever slept in. Sleep number mattresses that leak. Called service. They sent a guy that messed with it and didn't fix anything. And he never put the bed back together. Mold in bathroom ceiling.

Great place for big groups to stay. Close to a lot of attractions.

Just checked out of the Radisson in Branson, MO. Where we stayed for the last 3 nights. We had a very pleasant stay! Everyone was super accommodating and friendly including all the cleaning staff who seemed very cheerful and competent employees! Our room was very clean and comfortable! The mattress, pillows and bedding were all in great condition making for restful sleep. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant in the lower lobby was the best we ever had! Hot and delicious with a wide variety of breakfast foods. A great weekend!

Nice, clean reasonably priced place to stay when visiting Branson

The hotel was lovely, we got the loft suite on the top floor and the room and the view was amazing! The employee's were very polite and helpful. We used the pool and hot tub and had a wonderful night! I couldn't recommend this place enough and will be staying again!

Check in was quick and easy, so was our check out. Our room was clean, we have no complaints about our stay. We stayed on the 7th floor.

Wonderful experience! Went with a church group. Someone met us in the lobby with all of the information we needed and our key cards with our names on them. Comfortable room, good breakfast.

The hotel was nice and good housekeeping. However the rooms were incredibly small and so was the pool for the size of hotel.

Hotel was very nice, room and food was good, but parking not good, had to park on side hill.

Beautiful place. Parking is tight. The food was pretty good.

One complaint! The Housekeeping personnel need more help. It took 7 hours to get my room cleaned. Two women on my floor and they were working exceptionally hard.
In one incident there was one worker doing the entire floor.
Overall the room and service was good.

This is an ok hotel there was nothing wrong with our room we had a vending machine down the hall and its was a good hotel.

The most impressive to me and my wife was the serving staffs at the restaurant. Everyone of them was so caring. They would often stop by and asked if every thing OK or if we needed anything. Thanks to them all.

Had a king suite. Room was awesome but way way too many mirrors by Jacuzzi and never could get it to work right. Shower way way too small.

Great staff, very clean and nice rooms and great accommodations. We will be making this our choice hotel for our trips to SDC

Clean as always! Only complaint is the walls are a LITTLE bit thin. Could hear kids playing and baby crying, but just faintly. Enough to make it a little hard to fall asleep, but not enough to wake you once you ARE asleep.

It's run of the mill hotel. The pool is 2 small for the number of guest. No breakfast service. We didn't get what we reversed when we called ahead..

I was here for a conference and it was a nice place. Very friendly to military veterans.

The location is great! There is no free breakfast. The beds were doubles in my room and hard. I turned the ac down but was still hot. Although the doors all say no smoking someone was clearly smoking on our floor. Overall not worth the money.

Beds are very comfortable and the breakfast bar is awesome! The hotel is a little dated but I'd stay again.

Hotel was ok but not what I expected for a Radisson. The bed was lumpy but the coffee in the room was REALLY good. The breakfast buffet was also a big plus, goid variety of food at a goid price.

Rooms are nice. Wish they had a free breakfast of some sort. Also no microwaves which stinks.

Would be nice to have a microwave in the room, but the beds were comfy, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant breakfast was awesome. Plus its right in the middle of all the action. Will definitely stay here again.
