Went for a late lunch with colleagues from work. Suffice to say that the service was top notch as usual. The food was delicious and the ambience soothing

It's a great hotel if you're planning to stay in Chennai for a day or two.. situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are really spacious and staffs are really well mannered. The quality of food is good, feels as if it's homemade which doesn't harm your health. Don't know if any reactional activities are there or not... Haven't seen anything like that so far.

Hotel which I will never forget in my life... (Due to personal incident, not related to hotel) lunch is really good. Value for money. Parking is very tricky. Otherwise ok.

The ambience was very good. And the rooms gave a warm feeling and was very comfortable. Location is in a busy area. But that's not an issue. Food was good.. But some may have been a bit tad spicy.

Was big hall which can accommodate 100+ persons .food was good

We had a corporate dinner at the BAZAAR.
I would like to share my experience at BAZAAR based on following parameters,
1. Value for money - 4star, Yes indeed 1200/-
2. Food - 4 star, As I am vegetarian found so many options for me and that delicious ones.
3. Service - 4star for service, The ppl out there very very polite and professional.
4. Ambience - 5star, Good open space and very bright.... Too good

I was there in GRT grand to attend one business conference. It was on the of basement seminar room. The hall was large and spacious enough for a crowd of 60-70 people. Post conference high tea had a mix of Indian and continental snacks. They served Pav-bhaji also which was absolutely finger licking. Hospitality was also very good with a courteous and humble staff. However one glitch is that there is no restroom in basement area. One have to come to ground floor (near reception area) to relieve nature urge.

The rooms should be maintained better. Shower stopped working, A/C thermostat didn't work.

A Reputable hotel located in the heart of city with Excellent Reception, Rooms, Security and Food. All types of Shopping & Foods are available within close distance from the hotel.

Unique interiors, themed coffee shop modeled on a busy city street. Terrific food and frequent entertaining performances by staff.

Nice hotel. Good food. Staff are polite and friendly. 15 minute complementary food massage was very good. Fruits and cookies were also given as complements. Not sure about the pool because we didn't use it. It is an indoor pool. Felt pool area a little suffocating as it is in the basement. Rooms were clean and the entire place is really well maintained. Buffet spread was good and tasty. Room service is quite quick and appreciable. Everything was good.

We stayed for four days, staff are very humble, friendly and helpful. Thank you Suganya Angel and Karthik for giving us tips on where to shop and to have a good briyani. Everyone from the front desk, porter, house keeping and security was very helpful and efficient. Awesome hotel. Clean and spacious room. Food is good though its a little pricey. Ambience is good. Situated in TNagar which is nearby for shopping and also not very far from the airport. Stayed here for the second time and will consider again if I travel to Chennai.

Went for a friend's Sangeet here. Staff were professional and prompt. Reasonably easy to access through the main road.

It was lovely hall ,lovely ambience ,public toilet maintenance should be improved.

Buffet menu was excellent 23nov2016. We enjoyed this food to the extreme joy.... Over all presentation taste cleanliness awesome.
Keep up this and make us come back frequently.

Good Buffer lunch. Super food. Excellent spread. Nice dishes. Good chat items. Excellent spread of both vegetarian and non vegetarian lunch. Good juices and Desserts. Most enjoyable lunch,I had with my family, after a very long time. Keep it up.

One of my most memorable hotel stays ! Hospitality at it s finest..
The staff was super welcoming and delightful... always smiling and greeting us. The rooms, spa, swimming pool everything was beyond my imagination.
The breakfast spread is vast with every possible cuisine.
Overall a great experience!

People are not friendly also suddenly during breakfast waiters take your plate without asking you should improve on this

Service is 5 star and the Rooms are reasonable in size.Breakfast Buffet in the Bazaar has enough variety to fulfill all tastebuds and their daily hospitality fruits and chocolate treats for the guest is quite unique.Overall dont be be surprised with a memorable stay.

This is my second stay here and the hotel is very good. Usually some or the other does not go well but with Grand by GRT it is not the case. It s value for money. Hotel is clean and luxurious. Staff is friendly. Food is very tasty and yummy. I don t have anything to complaint infact. Hotel is really grand and the name is apt. Overall it s a five star hotel.
