We had a wonderful stay with my family at your hot...

We had a wonderful stay with my family at your hotel during our stay.The view was great especially from our room , it was facing the sea,the staff was friendly especially the waiter who was working at the pool Tatenda,that guy made our stay memorable,he is very friendly and he knows how to work under pressure and moreover he was working alone. We hope to come back again .

A very nice hotel right on the water. A small but ...

A very nice hotel right on the water. A small but very inviting infinity pool. Every evening from 6 am to 8 pm live piano music and free wine tasting. Every hour a free Shutle to the Waterfront, where you can also walk. Very friendly staff, a problem-free "early check in". Rich breakfast, in good weather outside - including a unique "bay view".

Very nice room with a partial sea view.Room service didn't do a good job at restocking our tea and coffee for the morning and only left us with 1 cup which was very frustrating.

Breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety.

Overall the service was great,very helpful and on time,food was always fresh and hot.

We had a waiter named Smiley who was very pleasant.Always making us laugh.

Dont think our stay was worth the price we paid.

3/5 stars for me .

I'm just reviewing breakfast - I went there after a long flight, when my hotel room wasn't ready yet. That's a pretty good idea, because you can eat and look at the ocean after 11 hours on the airplane. The breakfast itself is ok.

Not my best Radisson experience, in fact, pretty average.

1) I got the room with my points. When I checked in I didn't feel the check in staff was too friendly. What she didn't realise is that I must have stayed at Radisson lots of times

2) The light bulb in my room was blown. Someone came in to the room, checked and told me he would come and change it the next day. He did not fulfilled his promise

3) every morning we had 2 different people knocking our doors (around 8-9), said they want to check something. Once was to check the mini bar (to see if I have consumed anything). I don't understand why they can't check things when they do my beds later in the day. I want to have a lie in, being woken up is annoying

4) the breakfast was at best average. food is mediocre and service was full of errors. One of the waitress brought us a pot of filtered coffee, I told her we ordered cappuccino, she insisted that I ordered filtered coffee, this is not good. Honestly I would not pay 245 Rand per head to have that

5) the room is getting old and need a renovation

Having said all that, the guy at the car park gate and the door man are both friendly

The Radisson at Port Elizabeth has better service

Our stay at Radisson Blu was great. The staff gave us a 5-star experience treatment. The room was clean and we had a great balcony view that look over the ocean ans Robin Island. The hotel also a free shuttle service to the Waterfront every hour. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices for everyone.

I use the Radisson fairly regularly for drinks or as a pitstop as I live close by and often stop there while on my unicycle. I have been to hotels in 163 countries around the world, and one thing is evident: the staff is consistently friendly, helpful and enjoy working there. This is something that is seldom seen anywhere, even at your best 5 star hotels. The setting is absolutely amazing and that, coupled with your service, makes for a winning recipe. Would like to have coffee with Clinton sometime when I stop by

Really nice position, views outstanding. Staff okay, well trained, but I think they see so many people they just dont connect. Chelsea on reception was outstanding, exception! Watch your minibar bill though, I was over charged!

Was dissapointed that I needed to drink a bottle of R2000 champagne out of cheap ordinary glasses.. I would expect from a 5 star establishment that the have crystal glasses for expensive champagne

Excellent place to stay at ,this place takes 5 star to another level,from the staff to managment all conducted themselves in a professional manner ,neat ,clean, tidy,peaceful
Rooms are spacious, service is excellent, home away from home, shopping is a stones throw away, plenty to do in and around the hotel ,too much to do and see and not enough time
Definitely recommend this place

Eigtl a good hotel with all the necessary facilities. Unique location with clean rooms. But staff completely overwhelmed. No table cleared for breakfast, unfriendly at the pool, only some of what is on the menu and no pineapple juice for drinks during 4 days of our stay.

If we could give this Hotel a 10 star rating it would have been a pleasure.Great location very friendly staff exellent fast room service. Everything you need for a wonderfull stay. WWe will definately be back.

Great service & pleasant waiters. Amazing views of the ocean... However, the selection of options for their buffet breakfast is very average for the price, I would expect better quality food options... I can probably get the same selection of foods items at food lovers market at 1/3 of their price.

I know that this is not Radisson blu hotel and res...

I know that this is not Radisson blu hotel and residence, Capetown but I have to comment for other tourists to know and be aware of what to expect when visiting Raddison blu, a 5 star hotel!! It's sad that a hotel such as Radisson blu will have thieves as staff. I was at the Raddison blu hotel and residence in capetown and got my items stolen by the housekeeping and of course management told a story which I believe was just to protect their reputation. How can only one house keeper go into my room to clean, CCTV footage shows she's the only one who went there, then you tell me she passed a polygraph test hence she's not the one who stole the money. And of course if you know capetown very well, you'll understand how the police works. Tourists please be advised!
