Not my best Radisson experience, in fact, pretty average.

1) I got the room with my points. When I checked in I didn't feel the check in staff was too friendly. What she didn't realise is that I must have stayed at Radisson lots of times

2) The light bulb in my room was blown. Someone came in to the room, checked and told me he would come and change it the next day. He did not fulfilled his promise

3) every morning we had 2 different people knocking our doors (around 8-9), said they want to check something. Once was to check the mini bar (to see if I have consumed anything). I don't understand why they can't check things when they do my beds later in the day. I want to have a lie in, being woken up is annoying

4) the breakfast was at best average. food is mediocre and service was full of errors. One of the waitress brought us a pot of filtered coffee, I told her we ordered cappuccino, she insisted that I ordered filtered coffee, this is not good. Honestly I would not pay 245 Rand per head to have that

5) the room is getting old and need a renovation

Having said all that, the guy at the car park gate and the door man are both friendly

The Radisson at Port Elizabeth has better service
