Nice place in the heart of the old city on the Russia and the Gorge.

Awesome stay and quiet location. Best room we have stayed in while in Europe.

Super experience, nice hotel, clean and fine breakfast (delicious coffee)with fun porcelaine of Villeroy and Bosch. It made the stay more special.
Bathroom is all in marble and you can feel a bit of the vibe of old Amsterdam in the room. Definitely worth your money for a qualitative experience although not for every wallet.

A hotel located almost in the center of Amsterdam ... Close to everything ... lots of shops and attractions in around .. Spacious and clean rooms ... free wi-fi .. professional service. Some rooms have a beautiful view of the Amsterdam canals. recommend

Great place, great service, great family room that contains air conditioning, minibar, tea coffee, kettle, safe, fun shower, great breakfast, nice people who really help, there is a dining room, nice shop where you can find many things for trips (water, maps , Tickets, instruction) and souvenirs. Worth every penny.
Taxis from the hotel are expensive so consider taking an Uber or going out to catch a taxi on the streets or buy tickets that also contain a metro, tram and buses and it's really worth it and even nice.

Good accomodations, friendly professional staff, resonable price for this level hotel.

Built around a very small historic area, which has apparently become the hotel bar, this radisson is a bit choppy but it gives it a very local feel, with several small areas to take advantage of the large glass roof.
The rooms are very nice, but .. extremely expensive. The restaurant is correct but nothing more, it is better to go outside, especially given the exceptional location of the hotel in the city center.
If the weather is nice, you don't even need a taxi to return to the station: 15min on foot with still very few cars.

Actually smooth 4 stars, without question. Our room was right next to a lift or the maintenance room and that was really stupid. Even the small street was not good. The room as such was super equipped, as you would expect from the Radisson Blu. Nice big bed, comfortable, great bathroom and a big TV. The breakfast is fabulous, lots of choice. Only the bread and the rolls were too soft. The staff at the front desk is great. Helpful, friendly and accomplished. The bar has its own charm, so you should stop by. The restaurant is not to be despised either. The gym is sufficiently equipped with all necessary. The sauna, on the other hand, is very small, but if there is hardly anyone in the sauna, that is not a problem. Cleanliness? Definitely! All in all solid 4 stars, but only because I know we were unlucky with the room. There is much more pleasant here.

Centrally located but a bit overpriced for it's service and my booking was messed up. We have a person with reduced mobility and they put us in a room with stairs! Then they move us in a very small room with a very small bathroom/toilet (and it smells a bit like sewer when you're inside). No free water and service was on the low side.

Breakfast is only buffet with no option of a la carte.... What a joke.

The very only good point in staying in this hotel is its central location.

Stayed here whilst on a city break with my girl friend. It was a modern hotel, very clean and easy to navigate. The rooms were very spacious with large windows to view the city.

Great hotel. The room was opposite the main building. With access to the roof. Perfectly. There are three coffee shops nearby. Class.

This place had the best location, staff was top notch, room had everything we need, coffee shop literally across the street and another at the corner.
Had a mini bar and safe in the room.

This hotel does not like its guests. I paid 350 for a riduculously small room which should have been renovated 5 years ago already. And the minibar demonstrates what the management thinks of its guests: A big sticker "Important" warns you not to take anything out of the bar that you don't want to consume because the bar is permanently monitored and everything is put onto your bill. So it's not even possible to check which water-bottle is sparkling and which not - you would have both on your bill. This hotel creates a not friendly atmosphere, I felt ripped off and not welcome there.

It s located next to the coffee shop, on the 1st floor you can inhale marijuana straight in the rooms

The lobby was interesting to explore and there were free coffee candies, jelly sweets and stroopwaffels around reception - the receptionist was also friendly and recommended a good place nearby to eat. The hotel is pretty much a stone's throw from a decent enough coffee shop where you can enjoy a *Ahem* nice mocha or flat white - and a decent mini bar in a nicely decorated room to go to town on if you choose to go that route.

Very well located, really nice modern hotel ideal for business and tourism. Good bar and restaurant too. We had a room in the other side of the hotel which sadly was only accessible via an underground tunnel which was a bit of a pain. Otherwise everything was great.

Very clean. Check in was slow. My main issue was that there is a two inch step into bathroom, caught my toe and down I went with my bathroom supplies scattering upon entering. Lucky I didn't break my face on toilet but jarred hip and bruised arm. People next door, almost took header but caught himself. We lined bathrooms with supplied houseshoes as reminder to step up. Breakfast really nice.

What they call garden view is actually for the kkk lobby, very nice and how great it is as well as the location
