Comfortable rooms, well-located for central Amsterdam, Red Light District, the canals and everything else a tourist may want to visit during their stay. Food in the restaurant wasn t particularly impressive, but with so many options in the locality this wasn t a concern. We slept very well here.
Beautiful, contemporary, Modern and Artistic hotel which is centrally located near restaurants, shopping areas and tourist areas. Staff is professional and friendly. The rooms were neat and clean and well maintained. Buffet breakfast was satisfactory and included in our stay. Had stayed here during an education exhibition at Amsterdam RAI exhibition center. Its pretty cold in January so make sure you carry plenty of warm clothes. Prices are a bit steep but still worth it for the location!

This hotel charged me 400 Euros per night for a single occupancy room, so I measure what was on offer against this high benchmark: While the service was almost always friendly, other parts of the hotel are not up to par: Breakfast selection is not great (one unlabeled hard cheese in the land of cheese?), quality of the food uninspiring (croissants tasted not fresh, only super soft bread on offer), and the cooking station never manned. The rooms are nice and clean, wifi is fast. I'll not return, value for money is just not there.
What can I say. If you have stayed at a Radisson before, you know what to expect. The shower sucks, one of our towels was not clean and the toilet brush simply doesn't work. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and deal with complaints quickly and efficiently. A comfortable place to stay.

From the start on, the team as been extremely nice to our family, specially to our little daughter.
Not only at the reception, where our experience started, also at the restaurant they were absolutely nice.

Beautiful designer rooms have been upgraded by the Hotel Spontan! And all this just a station away from Amsterdam Central. From now on Amsterdam only in City West!
The hotel is located in the heart of the city and easily accessible from Schiphol airport by bus, taxi and train.
The structure is impressive!
The staff is professional, courteous and never intrusive.
Extremely elegant, clean and silence accompanies the rest.
The Wi-Fi connection is quick and easy.
The bathroom of the room is equipped with everything needed for a first-class toilet.
The room is cozy and air conditioned, the beds are very comfortable.
Only note down comforters on the beds, I think they are too heavy, I'd rather read the sheets rather than a duvet heavy and air conditioning to 20 degrees.
Breakfast is buffet style and is excellent!

A very nice hotel in the center of Amsterdam. Dam Square is a 5-minute walk away. Because of the many international visitors, you will be addressed in English. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

My friends and I loved our stay here, we got the triple room and had a great view. The hotel is beautiful from the outside to the lobby to the room. Very clean. The bar downstairs has the best drinks in Amsterdam and the food is fantastic as well. We will be back.
A great American style hotel In the center of Amsterdam just few minutes walk and u will be in the heart of shopping street, also central station not far too, rooms quiet nice modern style staff friendly.

I was there months ago and during breakfast they let in a stranger who robbed various people, to me for a value of 2000 , in exchange they gave us a mug !!!
Last visit a few days ago:
At 2am the bathroom flooded due to a failure upstairs and we were moved to a different room. They charged me the difference !!!
I left the new room at 9 am and returned at 3:30 pm. It hadn't been cleaned and I was told there are a lot of rooms and they can't clean them all. I did it myself and between the sheet and the mattress it was full of hair !!!
By reporting this to the receptionist during the check out phase, I have been reversed the charges for breakfast and new room supplement. After a few days I was charged back the sum of 170 without notice !!!

Great location of the hotel, everything is close by. To the station about 10-15 minutes on foot. Good breakfasts in the restaurant, tasty beer in the cozy bar.

Very nice and comfortable with helpful reception staff and a decent restaurant. The bar is very good with a very helpful barman. I'd give it 5 stars but the room air conditioning didn't cool the room at all, even in February. Apparently you have to phone reception to ask them to set the temperature lower, which seems crazy. Good hotel though and very central

I m giving this hotel 5 star only because of the amazing staff. Everyone is so accommodating and professional that made my stay very enjoyable, however I do agree that the hotel needs a facelift and it s quite dated but the location is great and near everything.

Perfect location, just off the beaten path, so quiet.
For a reading at the hotel we saw from a notice on the property that we could find the entrance across the street (!?) Asked at the desk where we were expected. The employee then said that we had to go down the stairs to the passage and then take the elevator to the 5th floor. So it went completely wrong there. We found the elevator at the bottom of the stairs, but we didn't know what the word passage meant. After all, a normal person does not use a word like that on a daily basis and you quickly forget that word when you already see the elevator. ". You understand that better as a 'stranger'.

Very well located You can go on foot to the main attractions of the city, also to the central building. Nice, clean and modern rooms. The service is appropriate to the stars of the hotel. Recommendable. Although somewhat expensive, you save on transportation.

The hotel was good. Excellent location and in the middle of attractions. Room was clean but small. Breakfast was fine but not having a big variety. I expected Radisson Blu to be better as it is a bit expensive compared to other hotels.

Not gonna lie... I used their lobby toilet then left. I ve no opinion on the rooms, spa treatments or dining experience, but the lobby toilets are pristine and the soap dispenser was full. All in all a very good experience!
Next to the city centre, shopping and restarunts are near by; but it is a crampy location, very tough to drive your car near the hotel, too much of traffic and drive through a small road. Especially in the morning, garbage cleaning vehicles block the roads around this hotel. I dont recommend. Good for people who dont drive to Amsterdam
