Logistical failures as there is no ramp to avoid climbing the 10 or 12 steps that take you to reception loaded with suitcases. Very poor attention in the reception staff. Very good breakfast service. Rooms with problems in the group as a whole.

Great place to stay in Sofia, pure classic style hotel. We booked executive room in last minute and it was the only room left. We were 3 adults in the room and it fits us. The hotel service is really perfect there were looking to details. As last minute booking we found everything in the room fits for 3 people, 3 water bottles, 3 towels, 3 set of toilet cosmetics.

Pros:
- Location is really good, 3 mins walk to boulevard street.
- Free car parking.
- Friendly staff.
- Free wifi.

Cons:
- Breakfast charge is 20 which I think is expensive.

Overall this is great place to stay in Sofia.

Prom night - terrible. We were in a tent outside, we ate cold meats and we only had 50g. alcohol for 150lv. Unique straight!

We were given a room at a 2nd floor where there was a loud wedding until late at night

It is central, excellent quality / price, 70/75 the double room, avoid the extras (too expensive) such as breakfast 19 per person or airport - hotel transfer 30 per person, by taxi you pay about 7 with company taxi OK tel: 973.21.21 (12/13 lev).

Windows can not be opened from floor 3; Ventilation system without function. Loud events at the hotel until midnight so you can hear the noise of music in the room and make sleeping impossible. Doors are only held up for tie bearers.

But iron was not equipped so I have to ask laundry service.

I stayed at dozen Sofia hotels and this was the worst,, very stiff beds, and very limited low pillow and that only suits specific people .. variety of food down their base restaurant is limited there is not even fries if you want to just pass it, and yet it passes itself as sofia finest for some reason and you cannot be if you dont accomodate well and even manage to insult a hotel guest coming late confusing her for a call girl ... enough?

Nice place, a little old in some ways but frankly very comfortable.

Wasn't staying at the hotel but always make a trip to the the cafe/tea room on the edge of the park. In my opinion some of the best cakes to be found in the world.
