Superb conditions in huge rooms, great service and nice food at restaurant.

Really big rooms and clean bathroom. The hotel is centrally located. Breakfast buffet is nice. The Hotel's restaurant serves very good food and it has wonderful outdoor space where you can enjoy your food and drink overlooking a nice park. Hotel staff is pleasant and cordial.

Good solution as location for conferences. The main disadvantage of the hall is the colonnade that prevents good visibility and direct contact with the presidium / lecturer. You can rely on the good quality of the hotel catering provided by the hotel.

Can be more successful. Reception not all nice No coffee Espresso Breakfast. Breakfast is not rich but really simple. After paying another 100 euros upgraded me the room was really nice. There is a casino in the hotel and pool that is supposed to be heated but only up to 26 degrees

The best hotel in Sofia as location, atmosphere and furnishing, food and service. Usually in the lobby they have exhibition with extraordinary well chosen pieces of art. Rooms are big and clean, furnished with a taste and responding to the relatively big expectations. The hotel is on a walking distance from most of the worth to be seen places in Sofia and just next to the National Theater and the City park.

Best place to stay in the heart of the city! Qualified and friendly staff, good restaurant, underground parking, well furnished rooms with great view over the city.

Unfortunately i have no time to go in the coffee shop any more but it is nice and the food is good.

This should be one of your best choices for stay or a corporate event given the top location, reasonable rates and helpful staff. One star goes off because of the very, very, very bad breakfast coffee.

Nice and spacious 5* Hotel in Sofia. Conveniently located close to all mod cons. Good service and atmosphere, but somewhat dated interior design.

The Grand Hotel Sofia is a retro hotel in the centre of Sofia. It s old style decor gives it a lot of character. The staff were friendly and the facilities clean. Breakfast was great, a huge buffet that had a good choice of both expected breakfast foods like eggs, bacon, sausages, cereal, toast etc, but also some traditional Bulgarian options too.

The rooms were absolutely huge, I think they had some smaller options for a cheaper price but the one I stayed in had more space than I knew what to do with.

Very close to the high street that had lots of choices for shopping and food.

Luxurious Hotel with the style of a 5* house. Allways nice to stay there, as the people are friendly and the rooms are awesome (big, comfortable, ...)

Pros - quality service/ polite and friendly staff, free indoor parking, impressive water debit in bathroom. Cons - heating is through air-conditioning so it is noisier and colder (than radiators). The pillows were too high for my liking.

Courteous service with international but unfortunately not enough local cuisine. Solid address in an excellent location. The staff is accommodating and competent and can recommend a lot in Sofia. The rooms are spacious and quiet.

Probably the most beautiful hotel in Sofia. In the center, in front of the national theater. Perfectly organized for conferences too. Impeccable service. International food but with very strong Bulgarian flavors, as we can expect when we discover the country.

Superb establishment in the heart of this Sofia city with a rich artistic and cultural past. A very beautiful discovery.

I concidered giving it 5 stars because of the great service and great rooms and the excellent price. I gave it 4 stars because of some small details like how the wifi at our room was pretty slow and how the (very small) shoehorn just broke to pieces when I tried to use it. Overall a great experience.

One of the best properties Sofia can offer to its guests. The staff is helpful and friendly. The location cannot be any better. The place is peaceful and quiet. The continental breakfast with a strong local touch is my favourite. Will definitely repeat.
