Radisson Blu Gautrain Hotel Review

Was a disappointing stay. The service during breakfast and supper was poor. My shower oveflowed because the drain was blocked and I struggled with the wifi connection.

Thank you for your fast response.I hope that in the future your guests wont have to face any such kind of irregularities.

My family and I had the wonderful experience at the hotel over the weekend. Upon arrival we were greeted by friendly staff who were very efficient. The hotel was home away from home. The general manager was warm and gracious by his friendly and caring attitude taking time out to greet my children as well.The rooms were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel not only for the corporate experience but for being a family establishment as well.

Great place with a great location in Sandton. Not a great variety of food on the menu though.

This place has great service from everyone who works here, food and drinks are a delight. Easy access from hotel to gautrain station even if you staying overnight to catch your flight the next day. Has a beautiful view of the city especially in the evening with the sandton cbd lights, note only if you got a room on the right viewing point.

I found this hotel to be a bit on the pricey side in Sandton. Negatives to me was that if you want to push cocktails you should ensure that you have the ingredients to actually make the cocktails. Also do not see the need for the pool as this hotel is mostly for business. Ensure that you can buy on your room number otherwise you will have to pay for everything immediately and lug your credit card with you.

Well trained staff. Good breakfast. However the room had no extra amenities such as slippers, bath robes or shoe horns. No extras either like some confectionery on the pillow, which one would expect at a 4 star establishment.

Modern premises with quality amenities. In site restaurant and snack bar. Complimentary shuttle to nearby Mall and Mandela Square.

Right in the centre of Sandton, good food and good hospitality. Definetly a five star treatment. Convenient retail area as well.

Loved this hotel when l stayed there. Had everything l needed including friendly staff. A bit pricey though but l guess for it's kind of hotel, that's fine. Love it and hope to be there again!

The price and service were more than expected. It is a first round route, access is good by subway, and Nelson Mandela Square is also within walking distance.

the staff were uninterested, don't answer calls from the rooms and at breakfast they served stale watermelon, not worth the money

We were received at the door with smiles of welcome. I enjoyed the fish I ordered. My daughter found the lamb shank tough as did our companion. It was replaced with rack of lamb which they enjoyed.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Very comfortable beds.
