This is quite possibly the most beautiful building in Chicago, if not the entire Midwest. The interior space of the lobby is wonderfully decorated and has a classy atmosphere that permeates from the staff. The pool area is nice and large, offering spectacular views of the skyline.

Amazing luxery hotel in the middle of the action in Chicago! Great rooms with great views of the lake, river and city. Staff was generous, courteous and very helpful with any need. Facilities were clean and accommodating.

On the eccentric side but overall very nice. Nice large shower head that comes straight down from the ceiling. Very soft comfy beds. A few weird design decisions like light switches and such. Probably expensive but my company paid for it.

Single handed Maitte is the one getting the 5 star review. She helped me and my elderly parents when issues happened at checkin and anytime during our stay. Can not say enough about her compassionate nature and the way she handled everything! Every hotel needs a Maitte!!! Thank you to her for making our Chicago visit great.

I met out of town guests for breakfast at the restuarant. The service was good and I enjoyed the meal. Breakfast was buffet style with options to have a fresh omelette. I enjoyed both. Was able to speak with the quests as it was a

Our room was located on the 9th floor directly over the fire department and right outside our room was the ice machine. Very noisy for sleeping. Only 2 elevators, made it very frustrating at time waiting to get to our room or down to the lobby

Nice large hotel. Had a room with a balcony which was great. The room overall was just okay. We requested a bathtub but didn t get one. For the price thought the room would have been a little better, but still was satisfied. The hotel had a lot of nice amenities. We went in the winter but it looked like it had great outdoor activities for th summer.

Rooms Are Not That great we paid around $500 for a one night stay on New Year's Eve. I paid extra for champagne bottle and for a higher room on the 16th floor. They charged and extra $75 for room and damage security. The two people at the Front were nice. The rooms are kind of small we paid up for king deluxe and the bed was nice but the room was tight fit. Also the bathroom was dirty when we walked in and the room was extremely hot. Really cool looking designs but not comfortable or relaxing. The view we paid more for was not great we were looking at the river but with bunch of building in the way and the angle we were on wasn't really great. I think i'd rather stay at a hotel on the river and wished I would have paid less. There were deals for more affordable pricing and better roomed hotels. I just wanted to get the experience of the Radisson Blu more of a one time deal for me not a hotel I'll be going to frequently when I travel. If your just a business type of guy and want a hotel that is relaxing and worth your money this is not the hotel.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed.
Looks like there interiors are like IKEA outlets.
Very low quality beds and furniture.

Bathroom doesn't have proper door. It just slides.
Drunk man knocked on the door for no reason.

Unapologetic front desk.

Great 3 night staycation. Love the hardwood floors in the room & spacious work area w/ glass desk. Close to so much & many open restaurants, including at the hotel, even though Chicago downtown is like a ghost town on Wabash / State st. (& the huge snow storm on the day we checked in didn t help), compared to what I m used to pre-Covid. Service here was excellent and lots of amenities, even a small art gallery w/ all originals. Looking forward to returning for another staycation in the Summer and to use the sauna, steam, outdoor pool.

The location is convenient for walking, but if you're getting a ride, be sure to specify that the destination is on UPPER Columbus. There's a CVS at ground level, and a great market and several restaurants in the adjacent park. Our corner room is nice, but it's sort of weird that the coat hooks and closet are so far from the rest of the room. There was only one robe in our room and it was pretty coarse, and while the bathroom's sliding slab door seems cool, in practice it's weird that it doesn't seal shut. The shower and tub are nice though. The views are nice, but being right above a firehouse has unfortunate effects on sleep quality. The bed and pillows are great though, and our room has been a relaxing place to hang out while hiding from low-single-digit temperatures.

Here we go with Another review. This establishment even though is such a large corporation that you usually judge to be out of time with friends/family views. They came through big time and proved me wrong. Special thanks to Manager Jael and servers Mike and Tiffany you guys absolutely exceeded my expectations. It turns out in the morning I had a rude awaking and the hotel was able to solve that with professionalism and compassion. Love this place always will stay here. I ll say its home away from home.

This hotel is so hip!! We just love coming to Chicago to stay at the Blu. The staff is AMAZING. We are always greeted and treated well. Of all the hotels we go to, this is tops.
It is within walking distance of downtown or quick by Uber. Our room was upgraded abd so neat. The balconies on this building are KILLER! The amenities are cool, the restaurant is also spot on. Excellent breakfast buffet and coffee. All around Excellent hotel. Love it!!!!!

Poor location. I used directions to get to the hotel and wound up in tunnels. We called someone who works at the hotel and they still didn t know where we were we were looking for the hotel for about an hour. We found the parking garage but it was closed it was two in the morning and we were looking for this hotel poor experience poor location really wish I didn t spend $1000 just to stay two nights there. I even told the hotel that we would be coming in around 2am. Sounds like a really great hotel but I was not able to experience it because of the poor location. I talked to Lady on the phone and she was asking me what level I was on, there should not be a problem. I would not have any problem with other hotels but I don t understand why I had this problem with this one. We eventually gave up and turned around and went home which was about an hour away wish I could get my money back for this inconvenience.

The entire hotel is beautiful.. Our room luxurious... But the staff are exceptional. Ashley Bolton at reception/front desk was unbelievable in her position. Kind.. Thoughtful.. Accomodating and generous. It was our anniversary and she really made our stay special. She needs a raise!! Benjamin and the crew from Filinis upstairs.. What a great guy.. Helpful courteous and generally knowledgeable.. Made our dinner special. Love this hotel... Best hotel we've been Yet. However.. Upon returning home to Canada.. We were dismayed to see our room charged twice on separate cards. Very upset about that. Hope this is resolved quickly as it will change my rating.

The hotel is very nice - rooms are clean and modern. The lobby is accessible and the concierge and reception staff was very helpful. The Wi-Fi works well and room amenities are nice. I stayed here for a business conference. On the 9th floor, I couldn't really hear any road noise - it was very quiet for being in such a central area.

The rooms were great as were the staff. Everyone who worked there was cheerful and eager to ensure your stay was a pleasant one. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location of the hotel was great. It was walking distance to Millenium Park and many other sites and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Chicago area.

Gorgeous place, outstanding service. Morning buffet was great; their dining area is an unusual layout. I only stayed two nights and had an injury (unrelated) thus was not in a mood for wandering all the facilities; my bad. Next time, though!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Radisson Blu. The location is fantastic, right across from the Aon center, near Millenium park and the RiverWalk - I was able to participate in my client meetings without transportation hassles, after which I had the pleasure of walking along the river and through the park. The hotel was modern and attractive, the room was well designed and laid out. The staff were very attentive and helpful. I look forward to my next stay at the Radisson Blu.
