it was a great hotel for me and my family! the service was great and the staff was very friendly. the only part that disappoints me is that the parking fee for over night was very expensive plus the indoor pool was farley small and they don't clean the water often.Plus the water is very cold

The view was great and the service was excellent. We only got to stay a night but are planning on coming back in the summer.

The rooms are extremely well designed for both fast stays or longer ones; our unit didn't have a kitchen but it did have a fridge and plenty of storage, and the bathroom was luxurious.

We are going to try some of the extras like the poop, sauna, and restaurant on our next visit.

Hotel was gorgeous, staff was friendly and courteous. Amenities were good, room was nice. Our room was booked incorrectly from Expedia, mistake was on the hotels end, but the manager fixed the room and also comped us the business lounge. Additionally we accidentally spilled coffee on the sheets, expected them to be changed the next day, discovered that they were just flipped around on the bed, which was annoying. Parking in and around the area was exorbitant! Altogether though, a great experience with a couple of minor issues.

Great location. Here for the Magnet Schools of America conference and the Radisson Blu Aqua has far exceeded my expectations. Staff is very attentive and makes a point to acknowledge guests throughout the day. When calling for room service, attendants call you by name instead of simply saying "hello." Rooms have a contemporary/retro vibe with beautiful views. Overall, amazing hotel with impeccable service.

UPDATE: Shout out to Charles at the front desk. Effortlessly charming.

I love EVERYTHING about this hotel, even the standard pretension of a downtown place of business. All of the pools stay super clean, the spring tubs are wide and deep, the staff is top-notch and the valets and doormen are of the same calibur as their counterparts in the movie 'Casino.' Meaning they can get almost anything for you. I haven't eaten the yet but I plan to on my next stay.

Excellent hotel with wonderful staff. We stay here yearly as an end of summer trip with our family. We are always treated like family and the hotel
Is beautiful. We especially enjoyed this last trip meeting and interacting with the concierge Rebecca. She went out of her way on multiple occasions to make our stay special. From cookies at the beginning of our stay to fabulous dinner recommendations. She is such an asset to Radisson Blu. We hope to be back very soon! Great hotel!

1. I left an important work item in my room & was trying to contact the hotel to locate it 3 times, but received absolutely no response in days now! 2. I asked for slippers & they were out of them, but promissed to supply them the next day. This did not happen at all. 3. I was told I was getting $15 meal credits daily and I was still charged full amount for all my breakfasts, which I only noticed, when I submitted my travel expenses.
Faceless hotel with no customer service. Especially for the price. Won t stay there for business or leisure any more & will talk my co-workers out of staying there in the future. This is not my idea of hospitality.

I forgot to write a review about this literally 9 months ago but the concierge, Rebecca, is the best concierge in the whole world and she deserves a raise. We got lost on our way to the hotel because our godforsaken GPS stopped working every time we got underground and we're just not good at directions so we called the hotel and Rebecca directed us to the hotel for like 45 minutes. She is a queen among peasants and I hope someone shows her this review so she knows how awesome she is.
