I brought my grandfather (who happens to be 89yrs old with severe arthritis in both knees) to get a chest Xray, xrays of both knees and Hip. We got there at 8am and was not seen until 2:18pm. We called a few days before and asked if an appointment was needed and was told "no", and asked if wheelchair was available and they said "yes" (which was never provided). There are no seats available for patients and those helping them to wait while being processed. Service was slow, but the staff at the front were polite and helpful. The technician who performed the Xray Ms. Shirley was quite snappy and impatient. Apart from that i am grateful to have gotten over that ordeal.
