Never but never in my life have I seen a pitiful customer service like yours you just have to SHAME !!!!! 8 WRONG ORDERS 8 .. I understand that it is only interested in selling and the customer does not care about anything used, at least I speak for myself people make mistakes in orders we have to pay back and only after weeks redo the transfer what a not very serious organization! / !! Buy at your customer service for those who need it, with all those I have spoken to, the hearing aid since 8 out of 8 orders shameful !!!!

I speak as a shopkeeper for animal products and not as a final customer ... I have never found a company managed in such a disgusting way! You regularly fail to send the ordered goods, it never arrives in less than 3 weeks, you always have a lot of shortcomings and the worst thing is that I am waiting for a refund credit for obviously wrong goods sent by you from the 12th of October 2020 !! We are at the 22nd of January ... luckily customers are beginning to understand the quality of your product by replacing it with others. ..

Simply pitiful ....... both your products and, above all, the company. I'm taking your line out of the shop because working with you is impossible.
