Do not work here management is terrible and shows a lot of favoritism and breakroom always nasty

As one of the top 100 growing private companies in America with an exploding high quality product line, Radians is a company to watch.

Consider this??? Would you want to do business with a business that allows its employees to treat customers, unfairly, rudely and aggressively. I would not!. There are many small business trying very hard to survive in COVID 19 and this business is not one of those hero's in my opinion. The experience with an employee and here manager regarding an issue was very miserable.

I urge EVERYONE to avoid purchasing anything either through this business, or any product that they distribute. My experience started with two DeWalt branded heated jackets; I believe has licensed their name to Radian for the jackets, as Dewalt warranty wants NOTHING to do with product, pushing anyone to Radians. Both new products are defective, they can't find these ever sold to Lowes (bad bookkeeping), and as these are discontinued, won't verify what they'll send back after I pay for shipping on NEW product. Promised to escalate situation (48 hours promised response time; 9 days with no response). Customer support, has been HORRIBLE to deal with. DeWalt hasn't been of any help. My advice, stay away from ANYTHING Radians distributes.
