I would just like to say that i have had a problem with my Mantech Laser for a while but was not sure what to do about it. Called Mantech and the receptionist put me straight through to a manager who in turn had an engineer call me and talk me through sorting the problem out. Brilliant service i cannot be more happy. All this was in the same afternoon.

I brought my laser machine about 6 months ago and I can honestly say the service I have received has been exceptional, there was no pressure from the sales team, they took the time to demonstrate the model we wanted and offered advice upon purchase. Once the laser machine was brought delivery was really quick and the team that set it up offered training onsite.

After set up and installation I got a aftercare email asking me how I was finding if there were any questions. Which at the time there were (being a new machine and new user there is bound to be) the response was quick and the help.

If you are looking for a laser machine my advice is look no further. Mantech team have been amazing, helpful and supportive.

We have recently had a New Mantech Spartan 1325 CNC Routing machine installed and have been blown away by the quality and accuracy of it. The service provided during the sale and throughout the lead time/installation has been second to none.

These CNC Routers are easily programmed from the included Vectric VCarve software. (I would recommend that you take Mantech's advice and get to grips with this software while waiting for your machine to be built, as this meant we were straight into production cutting upon the machines arrival.) We predominantly use SketchUp design software and the integration between this and VCarve is very simple.

Having now been successfully cutting with the machine for about a week now, I would have no hesitation in recommending Mantech UK.

We bought a 6080 from Mantech to produce face shields during the NHS PPE shortage for COVID-19. Unfortunately after the first day cutting, the tube unusually failed - despite a lack of engineers, one of their sales guys Adrian drove from Birmingham to Essex with a new tube and fitted it on site & realigned the laser so we could keep going - top service - thanks guys!

We are a joinery company and our MTC CNC router is perfect for what we need. Since the day it was installed, it has worked beautifully every time. Human intervention is the biggest flaw! The service from all of the team at Mantech was first class, and they are always ready to pick up the phone and be incredibly useful if you have any queries. We have been using the machine for nearly 18 months now for a wide range of different tasks, and it is as accurate, smooth running and reliable now as it was on day 1. Great machine, great company, great service.

This company is a disgrace, Sold me a new machine but sent me a second hand machine. Then told me it was my expectations, the machine had clear signs of use above and beyond testing. Be very wary of buying a machine from this company they are dishonest

Having had difficulties in the past with another supplier of laser machines and that machine requiring parts for repair which I couldn't solely source, I found Mantech online who were quick to help and rectify my issues. Since the initial contact, I have purchased two further 6090 laser machines from them and can honestly say the process from supply to ongoing support is top class! We've just bought one of these great machines and wow, it's an amazing laser cutter! Well built, precise and easy to use. Great team of people to help too. The cheaper laser cutters have their place, but if you want longevity and the ease of parts and tech support, Mantech is your port of call. Midlands based too so you're supporting a local, UK based business for added peace of mind! Can't rate them highly enough.

I have had my last 3 laser cutters from mantech and I have been really pleased with their machines and service. They have been incredibly helpful when picking out new machinery helping me find which machines are best for me. Their service has always been spot on when ever I have had an issue I have been able to talk to an engineer on the phone or get one to come out to me within a few days. I have dealt with a few laser cutter brands since starting my business and mantech have been the most pleasant and easiest to deal with.

In the beginning I considered writing to Google to see if I could review Mantech with minus stars. Trust me to get the dodgy machine!

BUT... Mantech did not deny the issues and I have never waited more than a few hours for someone to get back to me, even when the solutions being worked on just needed time and I was getting agitated. The lengths they have been to to rectify the situation has been both impressive and unexpected. Many companies simply couldn't care once they have your money.

It has taken a few months to get up and running and in all fairness, I was green behind the ears. So their training has been invaluable. But ultimately the product is good and the solution to our issues, rectified to perfection.

What is most important to me is that one of the Directors, Lee Cooksey, made a promise to me face to face when we first met and he sold Mantech to me. In a world where what "man" means is in question, it is important to live up to the finer qualities of masculine pride. For me a man is someone who is true to their word even at great sacrifice. They are gentle and understanding but ruthless in pursuit for justice and fairness. Thankfully no one was sacrificed and Lee, plus the entire team at Mantech, delivered as Lee said they would. Even through adversity. They are using the word "Man" in their business name with integrity.

We bought a laser cutter from Mantech last year as a project we were embarking on would require a lot of cutting and farming out would make it too expensive. We didn't want to buy straight from China as we were worried about inferior parts and warranties etc. Comparatively to other companies based in the UK Mantech were much more reasonably priced.

We have been been using the Laser constantly for a year and its a proper work horse! Customer service has been brilliant..only had the air pump pack up and another was sent straight away. It has been brilliant and so is the service provided. the images attached are of the project and ALL of it was cut on our machine...even the clouds inner workings.

Found Mantech on-line. Was local to me so I went for a demonstration. I must say with such a large investment for me, Lee put me completely at ease, I've had my Laser now almost 2 years and on occasion there have been issues, it's been sorted quickly. Very pleased Thank you!

I have to say, whilst I do not have my Mantech Laser ( desktop ) yet ( it is on order ) The service and support I have received has been absolutely amazing. A quick response to my initial enquiry, and subsequent questions, with no sales pressure. I took a couple of weeks to make a decision, after lots of research, and speaking with someone who has owned a Mantech laser for around 15 months, my mind was made up.

I liaised with a lady called Tracy, via e-mail and also telephone and she could not have been more helpful, answering any query I had. Since, I have been in conversation with Lee, the Operations Director, and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of support offered by him personally. And I haven't even got my laser yet!

The prices are extremely competitive, and when you break down what you actually get, you soon realise you certainly get a bang for your buck! I have nothing but praise for this company and their customer service skills are exemplary - nothing is too much trouble.

So far, I would highly recommend them, and I have no reason to believe their products will not match my expectations. I will of course add a further review when I have had my laser for a while - but for now - I am massively impressed and very excited to receive my laser.

TOTAL SHAMBLES WAS FINE UNTILL FULL PAYMENT MADE THEN THE DRIVER SMASHED OUR SHUTTER DOORS THEN ON THE DAY OF INSTALL THEY DID NOT ADVISE US THE RIGHT POWER WE NEEDED TOLD US ONE 16A SOCKET WHEN WE NEED 5 POWER OUTLETS AND A SPARKIE ON SITE TO WIRE THE MACHINE IN AS IT DOSE NOT EVEN COME WITH WIRE OR ANY PLUGS SO A DAY WASTED THEN SPARKIE ON SITE ASKED WHAT AMPS THE SYSTEM WAS AS THERE IS NO PLATES ON THE MACHINE TO SAY THIS THE REPLY WAS I DO NOT KNOW IM NOT A SPARKIE !! SO AT THIS POINT CALLED OUR COMPANY CALLED TO ADVISED THIS THIS SHAMBLES HAD GONE ON TO LONG AND REQUESTED A FULL REFUND AND THE MACHINE TO BE REMOVED ! STILL AWAITNG A CALL BACK FROM THEM AVOID IS ALL I CAN SAY !!!

SINCE THE REVIEW WAS LEFT THIS COMPANY HAS REFUSED TO INSTALL THE MACHINE AND ONLY WANTED THIS BACK WE REQUESTED THE INSTALL TO GO AHEAD IN 9 EMAILS TO THEM BUT I WOULD THINK THEY HAD RESOLD THE MACHINE AT A HIGHER PRICE WE WILL UPLOAD IMAGES OF THE EMAILS FROM THIS COWBOY OUTFIT SO OTHERS CAN THINK TWICE BEFORE SPENDING ANY MONEY WITH THEM.

Very happy with Mantech, I have had my machine for about 5 years now and still going strong. The support is excellent, with the engineer available for a site visit in the same week if there is ever a rare problem, great email support for queries even after the warranty has expired - thanks team from a happy customer

I have recently been dealing with Mantech as the supplier for a customer of mine on an equipment finance agreement. I have found them to be accommodating and friendly. In particular, my contact there, Lee Moss, has always made himself available and has made the whole process smooth and efficient. I would definitely recommend Mantech based on this experience.

When starting my business this year I needed a CNC to a particular budget.
So glad I found Mantech they have lots of CNC options for me to choose from. The guys are helpful and install very easy and quick. I have used other brands of CNC machines but this one is far better. The usability is far greater then others and the V-Carve software is excellent. The guys are always on the other end of the phone for support also !
