Like the people and how the company does activities to bring together the personnel.

Wow, just had one of your truck driver's (driving a 6th wheeler with a trailer attached) run me off the road. Then proceeded to flip us off. Great way to do business. Glad we got his plate number.

Rabine Paving is repairing and upgrading our complex for 2 years now, we couldn't be happier, the office and the field staff are just wonderful and easy to work with, great communication and the final results are always as expected, great. Keep the good work guys, and thank you!.

Employees in your trucks clearly need to be places before me. Maybe give them some courteous driver training or take your name off the trucks?

Great company with a great mission. Plus, they had the intuition to hire my daughter. Part time for now, but that's more than fair. Plus, they are sending her to North Carolina for a week of training. Any company that believes in training is a solid company!! I told her "this is a company you can grow with!" Learn everything, make yourself indespenible and work you boss's agenda.

I recently did business with the Rabine Group, specifically their paving department(Rabine Paving), and I must say I am highly satisfied with the work they have done. The paving looks great. On top of that everything was finished according to their schedule and they stayed within the suggested budget, which is always good. Their personnel were always friendly and helpful by being ready to answer any questions we had throughout the process. No doubt I would suggest Rabine to anyone who is considering having work done within their field of business / which by the way, is broader than just paving. They do roofing, snow plowing, piping and more! Sincerely, a happy customer of Rabine.

Worst snow plowing company ever!!! They get jobs they can't handle, they don't even do the work themselves it is all subcontracted out. But then all the subcontractors quit because Rabine doesn't pay them or pays months late. And they pay far below market rates so when these guys showed up at the jobsite they all were subcontractors in very old half broken plow trucks with tiny 6' blades. I feel bad for the drivers but they all hate working for Rabine and wish a reliable local company would get the work next time.

No notification provided to our townhomes prior to work starting. Operator ringing our doorbell at 7am telling us to move our cars. Asked an operator who the site foreman was so we could discuss the lack of notification and how long we would not be allowed to get to our houses. Operator refused to be helpful tellinv me he was the foreman of his machine. Will review the quality of work later but so far the lack of communication and attitude of workers are not boding very well for a positive review.
