Worst company ever, and I speak from the inside being an employee. Avoid any business with this company and try to avoid having to work here. They treat there employees like slaves. Most only work for 8$ an hour. They get away with this because half of there workforce work from prison and temp agency's. The finished products are very poor in quality as a result. You get what you pay for. You might get us to accept that kind of pay but the quality of your service will suffer as a result.
I feel sympathy for those of us who are forced to work here due to a shortage of jobs in our surrounding area. This company takes full advantage of the situation. So many of my friends are great workers and get paid so little, get sent home numerous days of the week, and are laid off for months at a time.
This company is full of greed. There Employers treat there employees disrespectfully, if you say anything about it they will fire you and replace you the next day.
This company could be great, unfortunately at this time it is run by a bunch of selfish, the "ends justify the means", type of sharks who take full advantage of people struggling to find a decent job in the workforce. It really is ashame to see this and I would like to have this situation brought under investigation. Maybe they are not doing anything illegally, but I think if more people understood how they treat there employees, there company would be forced to make some changes, or lose investors, contracts, and a workforce that is among the best when treated fairly.

If yo want $9.00 an hour, go there. But, expect to do more with less. Plus, there are not managers there. Instead, micro management, who wants to run your machines, tells you that you should urinate on your 7 minute break, and remind you that they can give you time off or, take it away. So, it it is QPI... Quantity Production Idiots.

I worked at QPI for a long time, it was ok at first, it all start going down hill. I started in the production which was ok. Pay could have been better but it was my first job. I got offered a position in the diecut position, which i loved, More

I really wouldn t recommend this company To anyone who s looking for a job opportunity. I haven t been working with them very long but I can definitely tell how their communication skills within the employees and with lines leaders and supervisors are not good. As a business communications mayor they do not know the first thing of affective communication. Now, I know that everyones experience is different but im telling what Ive experienced and seen through out the days Ive been there.
