One of the most corrupt agencies ever created. Just in case you don't know, they BUY bad debt from those that are assumed to be yours. After they purchase this debt, they then turn around and try to pressure you. If I were you, I'd send them a photocopy of the middle finger and tell them to f**k off.
Called to pay off in full; both of my accounts that were collections. They will not remove from credit, only show pay in full. Horrible customer service.
If I could put a zero I would ! They keep telling the credit agencies I have a balance on something that s been paid off for two years ! I ve tried disputing multiple times and no luck.
I have been getting calls from this company for years and they are calling for Hattie Love. I have had this number for 16 years. I have asked to be removed from their list. I am not Hattie nor do I know Hattie. I just received another call, I attempted to explain this to them this morning and I was told, Wrong number, no big deal" and hung up!
It is a big deal. I continue to get calls and this will be reported to the FCC and if it continues, a lawyer will be involved possibly with a class action.
I called in to pay a debt from the hospital. I got hung up on by Amy and Aaron. Twice! Who does that when a debtor calls in to pay??? I have a full time job in the collections industry. You get more bees with honey. If you re to hard people won t call back. If your to soft people will not pay you. You have to find a happy medium. We all have to live with ourselves. You can tell some people are miserable.
I bet you this company has low revenue and is under performing in there numbers. They have 2 people that are horrible at there job. If they worked for me they d be fired. Texas is an at will state.
Well i was blown away by the service i got. I called about something on my credit and I spoke with an Aron there. He was so patient and explained everything. I'm shocked at the amount of customer service he provided me and it makes me happy that i didn't have someone yelling at me on the other end of the line. I wish they had all my debt. I would call Aron every time for sure. lol Thank you R & R for having quality service and collectors who understand how to treat others with respect.
I worked there 30+ years ago. Got fired cause my year old daughter got sick and was in hospital. Called in every day talked to office manager. She apparently didn't tell owner. One tip for people, if you pay them $1 a month by law they cannot call and harass you.
I have called on a debt that is not mine and they refuse to remove it because it belongs to my ex boyfriend. Nowhere on the account does it say it belongs to me. I have even contacted the doctors office that did the procedure & they will not give me any info because I am not on the account. But because my ex told them to call me once so I could make the payment for him they said that makes me liable for his account. I never agreed to any of that. These people also never answer the phone & when they do they are extremely rude including the manager and not helpful in anyway. If I could give no stars I would.
Trying to collect a debt from 2008 that was paid back then. Received a text message saying I will receive something that has to be signed for, never received anything they are scammers looking for some free money

These people do not know what they are doing. I call in to pay a debt and immediately they start to threaten me they are going to press charges against me. I run a collection business and I can see that happening with someone who is hiding or being a jerk but someone who is trying to pay you should treat with respect and dignity. I am going to call the FDCPA to file a complaint.
Worked very closely with the staff here, and they have been nothing short of helpful! I have never had an issue getting in contact with anyone at this office! This is a collections agency, and people will not be happy with the job that these people have to do, but the owner & staff that work there are wonderful, helpful people.
Love the people there, they are very friendly and they work with as far as which collections should be paid off and which are fixing to go off your record. I personally actually enjoy going to see these guys instead of dreading it
Terrible company! I called to set up automatic payments and was told to call back the next day. I called several times and no answer. I ended up mailing them a check. Not only did they not apply my payment, but they reported my account as delinquent to the credit agencies. I'm will be reporting them.
