The prices on most things are high. If you don t need it immediately, definitely look on Amazon first. Hardware and tools are always cheaper on Amazon. Service here has also gotten better over the last year. They have a pretty good crew right now. Most will help you, if you ask.

Always a good place to shop, especially if you working on a project your not that familiar with. Employees have a good depth of knowledge and they always ask if you need help finding anything. Wal- Mart could care less if you find it or not, and don't expect an employee to be with in 10 isles of you when you need help.

On your website you advertise DIY sessions on Saturdays at 10. My mother in law has been almost every Saturday, signing up in advance, and it s never once actually been held. Take it off the website or get someone reliable in there. How is it that the management can be talked to about this and it continues every week?

I wish I could give zero stars. Today was my LAST trip into any home depot. I'm an independent contractor so I visit lumber and hardware stores almost daily. Home depot is becoming just like Wal-Mart in that they discontinue carrying stock regardless of sales. This time it was concrete dye. "We can order it for you", they said. "No, I need it today." I replied. (I make my living by deadlines and lose money if I don't make the deadline). Don't bother asking for help with projects because the staff is not knowledgeable.... about much of anything except how to take your money. They're pro's at that. I recommend ANY other home improvement store over HD. Lowes, Sutherlands, Meeks, or even better your LOCALLY owned lumberyard. F that place. I'm done with em.

Went in to buy black pipe and have ends threaded. The employee could not cut threads satisfactorily after 45 min trying he was able to get 2 ends cut. At check out they could only check out 10 ft lengths, I had 2, 10ft 1 6ft 1 2ft. After 15 minutes I had her ring up 3 10ft so I could get out of there. Also the 14/2 electric wire had wrong bar code

Always get great service, almost never have to search to find someone if I have questions, and if the person I'm talking to doesn't know they will find someone who does. I'm giving them 5 stars bc of a situation that occurred a while back. I purchased a gallon on sealer, and when I got home we found that someone had broken the seal and left the cap loose and the contents had leaked all over the floor of the car my kids and I are in daily. Concerned about the fumes and permanent damage to my car I called the store and spoke with the manager. He went above and beyond to help me figure out what we needed to do and to make sure I got the thought product. I love 30 min away from the store and to make sure we got both the original project completed as well as my car he actually drove the product up to me. The concern for my family and outstanding customer service I recorded l received that day is why I gladly give this store 5 stars

Terrible service worst service I have ever received at any big store or small store I am not sure if the management is terrible or its the hiring procedures but here are a few instances May 2019 bought concrete and 50 concrete blocks asked for assistance loading I was 58 at the time was told someone would help after waiting and returning and asking again I proceeded to load them ourselves no one even checked how many we loaded August 2019 purchased several bags of river rock and of mulch about a pickup load asked for help they radioed for help and once again I waited and myself and my wife loaded it. I watched associates walk right by and go get an empty cart or help load 1 sheet of plywood and look at me busting my tail and never offer to lift a finger. I have tried to talk to a store manager on 3 separate occasions and ended up getting a assistant manager that repeats I am so sorry about your experience. Do something for me that makes up for what happened. Last night 6PM we went in wife was looking at flooring for 3 rooms I was looking for plumbing hook ups for two sinks and a shower we both requested help and looked for a store associate could not locate one they paged for help and none was ever received We left without purchasing a thing a wasted 75 mile round trip needless to say I will not darken their doors again.

Took forever to get our freezer delivered up front. We waited for about 30 minutes and then finally a very nice young man asked us if we had been helped and he went and found out what was going on and got us our freezer on a very timely manner and helped us load it too.

Best home and hardware store I've probably ever been to. I go here for almost all of my hardware\outdoor needs including tools, appliances, gloves, gardening plants and equipment, and small things like rope and clips. We just recently bought a washer from here and had a great process from the employee that sold it to us to the delivery service(highly recommend). The employees are always nice and helpful to the highest of their abilities, and they ALWAYS greet me and ask if I need help as soon as they see me(that goes a long way personally).

I went to the store in order to buy a bathroom vanity that I had found online. The online add said that there were 5 of the item that I wanted in stock. I was having trouble finding the item and found an associate for help. He tried to look up the item with his hand held device and was unable to locate it. After searching for a while he began to question me about the details of the vanity that I wanted and if I was sure that I had searched the correct store. Anyway, I got frustrated and decided to go out to my car and grab my cell phone to find the add that I had found. While walking through the store, I noticed a large display of vanities on sale near the front of the store. I thought that maybe the item that I wanted was included in the group. However, it wasn't and I was about to go out and get my phone when Paula, a store associate, asked if she could help. I told her about the situation and that I had been dissapointed by the other associate, she immediately apologized for the problem and began to help. She took me to an in store computer and began searching for what I had found online. I told her that perhaps the other associate whom had tried to help didn't work in that department, she told me that she also didn't work in that department but that was no excuse for letting down a customer. Paula also said that I was her priority from the moment that we spoke, and that it was her duty to see to it that I was satisfied with my experience at Home Depot. After several minutes, due to an incredibly slow internet connection in the store, she was able to find the exact same add that I had seen. Upon finding the add she was able to get a SKU number and locate the vanity. Of course, they were on a pallet located on the very top shelf. So, Paula enlisted the help of Brandon to retrieve the pallet and I was able to purchase the vanity that I was looking for. What was beginning to be a dissapointing experience turned into a satisfying and pleasant overall outcome, thanks to the efforts of a very good and dedicated employee at the Home Depot. I would like to say thank you Paula.
