The refinancing of my mortgage with RP Funding went well from initial contact to closing. My primary contact was Lydia Rivas. She is the person who answered my initial phone inquiry then lead me throughout the process. She was helpful and friendly, always professional. Ivan Lopez was involved as well. He was equally a good example of what good customer service is all about.
