They have it all! Copier & IT support! We love our dependable Ricoh copiers. Their IT staff are amazing! They host our cloud services and fix problems before we even know they exist. It is great to not worry about down time because they're so proactive!
RK Black handled my job promptly and professionally. After getting the run-around from one of their competitors for a month, I contacted them via their website with a request for a purge. They contacted me within 24 hrs to set up the job, and then showed up to do it exactly when they said they would. It was like pushing a button and I even spent less than I expected. Two thumbs up!

We have used R.K. for well over 15 years. We're a smaller company, but they always help us immediately and treat us very well. We recently had an issue with our machine, and needed service as we needed to print some brochures for clients asap, and they were in our office within an hour or two having a tech fix it immediately. We've also had them help us on the phone numerous times to get small things fixed quickly.
