It was not possible to get information on the phone, the employee who picked up the phone was not in good humor, irritatedly twisted my questions and hung up. Very low level of service, rude attitude towards customers !!!!!

Clean, quiet and no queues. We took the queue number and received the signal immediately.
The service was friendly and professional, and I was happy to find out the exact date when we'll get the confirmation for the successful entry to the land registry.
If I could rate with "-" sign I would. Communication skills - 1 out of 10. Really lazy and do not care about customer service in general. Really good at pretending working hard.
9am, a lot of people are in hurry because are late for work. None of many booths are open, but workers just sit there. I dont know what they are doing but for sure its not their purpose - servicing clients.
