Kneaded Relief Day Spa and Wellness Review

Since the pandemic is still happening, I jammed all my items into my pockets or left items ( like my coat and eye glasses) in my car (they have underground parking available).

This was my first time at this spa, and it had been several months since I was at any spa. I was impressed. Addy gave me my full facial, she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products and what would work for the results I was looking for.

I am just so happy that my face was able to get some fine tuning during this pandemic. I wear a mask and a shield or goggles for work (8 to 16 hours a day.) it is so nice to stop and get a reset and a plan on how to maintain my skin during this pandemic.

I would recommend kneaded relief to my friends and family. They went above and beyond to make me feel safe and secure during this pandemic. They really cared for me

The massage was absolutely incredible! After 9 months of pregnancy, it was absolutely amazing to lay on my stomach. I gave 4 stars because I was told due to them having to cancel my appointment last month the day before that I would recieve a discount which I did not even though I brought it up the day before.
P.S. I didn't mind at all because I'm chatty myself but my massage therapists did not stop talking. so if this would bother you, let them know ahead of time.

The staff here are very courteous and professional. It is a very welcoming atmosphere. The receptionist communicates excellently throughout your appointment. My therapist made feel relaxed and at ease. Everyone was wearing masks and there was an air purifier in the room. A great experience!

A 90 minute massage felt too short! I can't wait to go back. I've been here over the years for multiple services, and I love the experience every time.

I normally go to Kneaded Relief to get my eyebrows waxed. They always do a very nice job and I am very happy with the results. I decided to go get a pedicure for some relaxation and as usual the service was top knotch. My nail technician Liz was very personable and still knew when I just wanted to relax. The view was gorgeous and the scents they used were just wonderful. Already thinking about going back for another one.

. Though the spa has changed ownership they honored my gift card that was given to me at Christmas 2019. I was happy to pay the difference of $15 (since Covid there had been an increase). Michelle was attentive, professional, kind and gave an excellent massage.

I treated my 16 year old son for his birthday to a massage. This was our first time going to Kneaded Relief. They made it easy, good communication and professional. Would highly recommend and I booked myself an appointment for a prenatal massage. Can't wait!

Nice and clean space, relaxing atmosphere. My massage was probably the worst I ve received. Pressure was light, more rubbing with oil than massage. I asked for extra time on neck and shoulders but didn t get it. Also massage therapist was wearing sweats and wasn t very professional. Maybe it was just this therapist, but I would not recommend for a massage.
