What a joke qvc is....was told by several of their representatives that I paid off all my collection. After months of calls to see why I still can't order anything they come back saying I have another collection??? Are you kidding me ?!?!?! I used to love and brag about QVC, now I tell everyone that qvc is a fraud!!

Completely dissatisfied... Ive been buying things on QVC for a while now. Never had any issues what so ever. The very first time i have an issue, and not even my fault, i was basically told i was S*** out of luck. I even asked the customer service if i was S*** out of luck and she said yes. NO JOKE. When these last orders are paid for im done. Finished. Be warned. Stay away.

This company will put a hold on your checking account, and continue the hold for more than 6 months. My wife ordered sandlas in the spring. It is now OCtober. No sandals, and despite NUMEROUS calls and emails, the hold persists.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

In my opinion QVC doesn't have any empathy for people. all they see are dollar signs. My wife purchased Christmas gifts and was elated because it was exactly what she needed. Three weeks later we receive a letter from QVC regretting they cannot fulfil the order.
I call QVC corporate office and the automated machine states leave your name, number and you will receive a call back. I did miss the original call and I left a second message at 2:20 pm. Their system states any call after 4:30 pm might not be returned until the following day. I did not get a call back on Thursday or Friday.
I called on Monday and spoke to the regular customer service and he said I should wait an additional 24 hours and I replied no, I was not waiting any longer to post my complaint.
It seems QVC sells on speculation. When they have an item being sold live and they sell as many as they have on hand, they will continue to sell the item anticipating more would be shipped to them. If additional items do not arrive they blame the manufacturer. This is selling on speculation and not caring that people have ordered gifts for their loved ones and the customer does not know if they will receive what they purchased.
In the early 1900's the stock market crash and Depression was caused by selling and buying on speculation, but in this case the only thing that is lost is the happiness of being able to give your gift.
QVC may want to look up the word "Empathy" and try to remember what it means.. Merry Christmas

Purchased HP laptop 6 months ago at the time for personal use, not used much since IPad easier to use. Now need for work and got error message re hard drive. Took it to MicroCenter, repair estimate $750 due to corrosion, can t say what I want in this review. Just don t purchase from QVC.

I paid my account online for the first time. I paid about 5 different total balances. The next day I saw 19 payments were made to QVC, which was not authorize. I was very upset because, I did not pay it that way, and had no idea it would get processed that way. I call customer service and the first rep said a supervisor would get a hold of me in 3 hrs; which never happened. I called the next day and the 2nd rep said a supervisor would get a hold of me in 4 hrs. I made whole payments, not increments! I can't do business with a shady company like this. I am very unsatisfied!

I previously had a 5 star review here, but amending to 1 star - their bald security guard ruins the otherwise pleasant and amicable atmosphere of the QVC studio.

Today, myself and two elderly women were trying to look around at some of the merchandise when he ran to the front entrance and screamed at us to not come in because he felt we would loiter and not purchase anything.

He's been gruff and unpleasant on previous trips and I've heard horror stories from others about him taking items from them prior to them being able to purchase.

I know others have complained to management about his behaviour, but obviously it either falls on dead ears or QVC supports it.

Horrible way to do business. This is a situation where one employee can truly ruin an entire customer experience.

My wife and I scheduled the 1.5 hour back stage group tour. Security checkin was easy and our lanyard passes were already prepared. Gabbie was our tour guide. She gave us an excellent tour, background, history, and introduced us to one of the show hosts who gave us chocolate and let us play with artificial snow. Very Cool. It made us feel like we had a private tour. At the end she even gave us more gifts and a discount card. We re looking forward to the QVC sponsored parade tomorrow!

This year has been the worst experience I have had with QVC. I have been a customer before they were QVC. So far I have ordered Christmas as gifts, for my family 3 of them I never received . Another item was the tumblers in the brights set of 4, 2 of them were the same color instead of being multi-color. Ordered the La Creuset 2 1/2 qt sauce pan in color Cerise, open the box tonight upon receiving it and the color is green, which I already have. I could go on/on. Customer service is the worst all they can say is 'sorry", just send it back. No empathy for ruining folks Christmas. I asked for a supervisor to speak with a week ago about my other orders and I'm still waiting. QVC has got real bad. I have never read so many horrible reviews from disgruntled customers and I can understand there unhappiness.

I have been a long time customer , pay off ez pays monthly they consistently double bill my ez pay takes 3 days to tix and 3 days of sitting on hold its a joke meanwhile as they fix their problem they freeze your account Im one of their best customers but soon to no longer be one they are horrible to deal with and double le billing seems with intent , i spent 3 days for hours on hold to get threw On the phone

I watch and purchase a lot of products from QVC. Since I live in West Chester near the Studio Store, there are occasions where I will attempt to purchase the items there to save shipping. However, the shopping experience on most visits are not pleasant. Customer service are usually standing around talking to each other, and seem annoyed with you for asking for help. I haven't been back for a while because of those experiences, and have limited my purchases with them, opting to purchase from other sites. I believe if I am purchasing your products, a simple greeting is the least you can offer.

QVC used to be a pillar of customer service excellence, and I purchased though them frequently. HOWEVER, that has changed drastically. The last item I ordered has been a nightmare. After finally receiving the product 6 weeks after ordering it. It did not work. 4 months later they still owe me a refund, admit they owe me a refund, and have yet to issue the refund. This has cost them a loyal fan and possibly more. My family and friends are aghast at QVC's handling of the situation.
