The very best pizza a person can get. They serve thin bendy crust with the right amount of toppings and even the quality of the toppings is great.

Every time I've gone they serve pizza at this level. The pizza has a deep taste plenty of cheese, sauce is great, and crust is awesome.

If this pizza is wrong I don't wanna be right!

What wonderful pizza. I have been every state east of the Mississippi River. I went to Waukegan in June 2017, I enjoyed the pizza so much that I brought some back to louisiana with me. My husband and I can't wait to get some more.

Not sure what all the hype is about this place. The dining experience was bad since there were drunken guys dropping the f bombs the entire time we were dining. I got the mini bomber pizza- just had no flavor. Once was enough for us.

I've been going there for the last 41 years. Still love the pizza the service and Father's Day horrible had to actually walk out after an hour and a half waiting for pizza. That's why I'm only giving it one star I will be going there next couple days and hopefully the service is back to normal. Definitely understaffed that day.

Of all the pizza i have been fortunate enough to have indulged in, Quonset is by far the best thin-crust pizza I have had in the Chicago area. The decor feels like a bowling alley bar, and fortunately there is a bar, even better, take and bake!

After waiting an hour for a to go order which entailed, 1 large pizza, 12 chicken wings and 1large garden salad. It was to our surprise $52.00 (including 3 beers and 1 cocktail) later when we arrived home the salad was missing. We dont live close but called anyway to inform them that the salad was missing by this time it was closing at 10pm the bartender informed us we could drive back and get it. That was not an option for us. So we ended up having to order a salad from Burger King which is 2 minutes away! Very disappointed as there was at most 6 people including us in the place when we got our food. After a night of going to the gym and anticipating our food it was very upsetting!

Simply the best pizza around. Others are good but any one that moves away makes this a sure stop.
Clean, comfortable, friendly wait staff and plenty of them, reasonable prices.
Gluten free pizza is a great addition too.

Used to come here as a child and loved all of the food that they serve. As an adult I try to bring my kids so that they see what I enjoyed. Best thin crust pizza I have ever had. The taste is phenomenal. The Italian beefs are still some of the best you can get. Now they have it where you can take you pizza home and cook it. No more soggy pizza and it is nice and fresh.

Tavern cut thin crust pizza made the same way for decades. This is a legit old school pizzeria serving the Lake County Area for years. This Waukegan Landmark is one of the most visited restaurants when Waukeganites come home from aboard. Always great service, high quality food with ice cold drinks.

I make special trips from Wisconsin to Quonset Hut because it has outstanding pizza and a very wide selection of beverages. The service people are always quick to give you a menu and a beverage. There are television sets in different rooms to entertain you while relaxing if you are not with others. The staff can rearrange tables for small groups and to comply with proper social distancing for the safety of all patrons. There is a very, very long bar which is becoming a signature part of the decor now that the World War II quonset architecture has gracefully past. The remodeling of the inside adds a unique touch to the atmosphere.
