I would never use this company again!! Their software looks great until you realize that it is full of bugs and has to be constantly "repaired" by their software experts. This is a dos system running underneath Windows. After nearly six years of heartburn, I finally took it out and went to Demco. Run away from these guys. They insist on charging you for every phone call, even if your system is down and customers are locked in your storage. If I could give them a 0 I would.

Great software until Outlook updated last month. Took two weeks of support to resolve invoicing issues and had to change email provider to rectify the issue.Took up to 24 hours for support to respond. Computer support removed the auto invoicing component that was in the original quikstor express software saying it was never meant to be a component - even though I have used it for 7 years. With the auto processing component gone you must manually process all invoicing? I expect auto credit card processing to do the same. If you want automation in your software don't choose this QSL.
