Need to get in touch with a clerk to ask a question about filing for a voluntary administrator and there's no service what so ever. You call and it goes to voice mail. What am I to do?

Horrible , horrible, HORRIBLE ! Called 2 different numbers to get some information , both a guy and this rude, loud lady were not happy to answer ANY questions! Obviously the court is closed due COVID19 so I wanna ask simple questions !!! What for are you there ? Just to look at each other and sip coffee? ! RUDE , horrible and useless! They both should loose their job ! There s plenty of nice , young and educated people who will answer these calls with a pleasure !
YOU BOTH stay home and don t waste anyone s time staying on the line asking you questions with no answer but lots of attitude ! Wish I could write official complain ! And this is where our taxes money go to ?! We pay your salary !! Shame !
